  I wanted to have my entire system replaced. The project manager was our BEST BUDDY, through this process. Did a great job getting us installed ASAP! I told them one of my biggest issues with the house was the air wasnt regulated properly, most of the air came out of the main vent right over top of the unit but was very poor through out the rest of the house. The PM assured me the install crew would take care of this. The install crew told me the PM would have to come back for a follow up and he would take care of it then. Well, here we are about two months after the install, and they have yet to come back and fix the issue. I have called and sent email repeatedly! I was assured the PM, his manager and the install manager were emailed about this issue. No response, I called again and demanded I would not leave a message or anything else! I needed to speak to a manager! About 5 minutes later a young guy answered the phone saying he was the manager, I really don't believe he was. He assured me he would have the problem addressed by the end of that day I called. Here it is the following week and I still have had not calls or contact. I'm about to lose my **** about it! They are completely blowing me off! This is a ******** company!

  Arlinghaus was notified late on Wednesday, 01.08.25, about a problem I was having with my Heating and A/C. First thing Thursday morning at 8am, Nathan and Cody were at my door. After briefing them on my problem, they went to work. They knew exactly what to do. Their experience and professionalism was more than evident. They were knowledgeable about my system and repaired the problem efficiently. The level of service and professionalism was better than excellent. I was thankful and impressed. I would highly recommend this business. I have always been treated as first priority with them.

  Kevin G****** came this morning and serviced our heating and cooling equipment. He was knowlegable and informative. He serviced bith the heating system and to a lesser extent the airconditioner. This is the first fall tune up where the technician paid any attention to the airconditioner. I highly recommend him.

  Extremely dissatisfied with my consultation! First off, booked an appt due to Toilet tank seal leaking and needing to be repaired/replaced. I book an appt for them to charge me $89 for them to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong in the first place. Second, the options presented to me where astronomical and absurd. I'm talking about a toilet repair mind you! $1375 for them to replace my toilet altogether. $591 to install a toilet that I purchase. Or 721 to rebuild the current toilet. I settled for paying $89 for those options I suppose so Free Estimate as advertised isn't correct! I'm an Army War Veteran and I refuse to be ripped off by companies like this one. I can buy a brand new toilet at ********** for $1-300 and install it myself in under an hour. Thanks for nothing and enjoy my $89!!! Typical Bait and Switch / ****************************

  I contacted Arlinghaus by chat on their 24 hour site. The agent was pleasant and prompt. A technical service *** helped to schedule a callout and furnace inspection. The issue was quickly resolved and the **** was checked out for the coming winter season. **** K was excellent. Prompt, polite and professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the system to me. We recently bought the house and werent familiar with the model, features and installation. I would recommend them highly based on my experience today.

  Recently had Jeffrey C*** from Arlinghaus Heating and Air get our A/C operating properly. He was professional, patient and understandable. Explained what he was doing and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Gave us options including what should be done now, later, much later or not at all. We highly recommend Jeffrey C***!
