      Been utilizing TAFSs factoring service for a few months now and its been horrible since day 1. This is at least my 5th time having to post to BBB just to get a response from anyone with the ability to resolve issues. Its always my money being held due to their incompetent lower level agents being incapable of reading the very paperwork that they are required to read daily. if you are okay posting to BBB and waiting on a higher level associate to respond, then TAFS is a great company. Things are usually resolved following this action. If not, be sure and try someone else. All of these terrible reviews they have racked up should not be ignored.

      Horrible company... Do not sign anything it is a trap... Will not answer the phone. Calls you back half the time. Please see the reviews everywhere before going with this company. I am sure you will be unhappy

      TAFS is the worst ***************** in *******. They are a SCAM!!!!!! I just have 1 month of signing "The TAFS nightmare agreement" and I absolutely regret that we chose them. The employee that harassed me every day to get me into signing the agreement and that promised to always be there for me has disappeared on me. They want to obligate people to use their Fuel card when I was told it was optional, so you are false advertising yourselves. They also offered FourKites and some ELD BS that I didn't want and now I am also been obligated to use, otherwise they can hold back my money. By the way,, I called the ********** of ************** and they informed me that no 3rd party can obligate you to use or share your ELD with them, unless is DOT. Hmmm interesting huh.. Well, since I've been calling and trying to get answers or to speak to someone other than their customer crab service, they keep telling me to redirect myself to reading my "agreement" when clearly what they need to do is have someone live over the phone talking to me or even better, how about you be clear when selling your business... I am not scared of the contract, as I am writing this review, I am waiting for a call back from a Lawyer that can assist me since TAFS has no one available. I hope you TAFS is happy they fooled yet another customer... People please READDDDD before signing anything. I am a mother of 7 kids and all my dreams of getting my own company running has went downhill sadly. But for sure I will do whatever it takes to handle this situation. I WILL TAKE THIS TO COURT AND ANYWHERE IT HAS TO BE TAKEN. Thank you to TAFS and the employee who helped mess up my dream... RED FLAGGGG this people... NEGATIVE STAR FOR EVERYTHING

      TAFS management has reviewed this complaint. A supervisor has reached out to the carrier to resolve any issues and answer any questions. All fees and ELD data verification are set out in the factoring service agreement. TAFS supervisor has reiterated the agreed to terms of the agreement including fees and ELD data verification with the carrier. If the carrier has any additional questions, concerns, or issues, Client Services can be reached at ************. Per the agreement, this client is not eligible for release at this time. TAFS goal is to provide the best possible client experience and help our clients succeed. Thank you.

      This company is a scam . Its very hard to run a successful business with them in charge of your funds . They make it really hard to approve invoices . One of my main customers has updated there contact info for verification purposes and they still continue to reach out to old contact info which delays my funding and getting denied approval due to verification purples . They will not let me speak to a supervisor!!

      I will give tafs *** not even a star they are really not good for this industry they are bad layers so plz truckers do not get on contract with tafs right now I'm trying to get my contract dismissed and they just acting stupid I sent the notice 90 days ago 100 days ago and nothing I'm closing my company and open a new one I prefer do that and waist more money and all my privileges and start from. Zero that *** with tafs another year really disappointed they don't take away the 3% is the 3% and and money for lots of things they don't fight for you money they just don't care if the broker don't pay they don't do nothing about it tafs doesn't deserve to be on business they are bad people plz read my review look how much I'm losing because of that nasty factoring company but with me they are not getting anything ever again tafs *** you **** I hope you lose all the truckers you deserve it

      TAFS is not a good place to be in business relationship with. Most especially when your business depends on such an unscrupulous group of people to continue to operate. TAFS is only in business to exploit the unwary and unaware people. They charge fees worst than any other factoring company I have come across. The people who work there have been programmed to tell lies and just repeat the nonsense on their script sheet. Just like zombies, you cannot get any good and thoughtful answers for a simple question from any human being at TAFS. This company is in the business of Bait and Switch. They promised heaven and Earth to get me to sign their agreement which I have come to find out is a big mistake. TAFS is not a good company to factor your invoices with if you ever want know how a company that you should never have any thing to do with in your business relationships if you do not want headaches and stress and being raped financially where you have no money to run your business, stay away from TAFS. The people are unprofessional and rude without sense of good customer relationship. Actually ********************** is not in customer relationship business. What ********************** is doing once you sign the agreement is to record a UCC on your business that says they own you now and cannot let you go until you are broke or dead on the side of the road without money, hopes or dreams. TAFS business practices should be brought under review. There must be so many people out there who have been taken advantage of by TAFS that should come together and give them a taste of their own medicine. This company cannot continue running business the way they do and get away with it. There is a need for demonstrations at their office or office and across America. Anyone interested in doing something about TAFS bad business practices should speak up and be ready to show how bad they are and not good for business for the little men and women whose dreams of running a successful business are being destroyed by TAFS

      Wish I could give them negativity star they hire incompetent people they already have bad business practices add incompetence to the mix it screws the trucker there client which they treat as a convict I pray to get out from under them the worst thing ever happened to me is tafs

      I did not choose TAFS, they bought out ***************************, which I loved working with MHC they were always available and willing to help. However TAFS required I factor all my loads, where MHC did not and even sent letters to all the companies I haul for, insuring that I didn't get paid directly. I have now been able to separate myself from them as of Sept. 2021, THANK GOODNESS, However some brokers still have sent payment to them even after the NOR was forwarded to them and yet TAFS has not returned the funds, They do not respond to emails, they do not let you actually speak to anyone in the appropriate department, only customer relations and they state they cannot help or even have access to it in their system. I have asked to speak to management and was told that they also do not have phone numbers for me to speak directly to them. Customer relations just said maybe I should have the brokers contact them directly, yet even ********************* cannot get any responses from TAFS.
