      Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter.  We have verified with the creditor that the amount owed is correct.  A copy of the signed release can be requested from the facility where services were provided, Texas Institute for Surgery regarding the date of service 11-2-2018.  The validation notice was mailed out to the consumer on 10-4-2019 and we did not receive mail return.  The address on file is a match to what the consumer provided the BBB.

      In the month of July 2024, I received a fraudulent claim was placed on my credit report by SYNERPRISE CONSULTING. My information was compromised last year and this is another claim that been placed on my credit report. I do not know of SYNERPRISE CONSULTING and have had no correspondence or communication with them. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S. Code § 1681s–2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies:
      (2)Duty to correct and update information
      A person who—
      (A)regularly and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to one or more consumer reporting agencies about the person’s transactions or experiences with any consumer; and
      (B)has furnished to a consumer reporting agency information that the person determines is not complete or accurate,
      shall promptly notify the consumer reporting agency of that determination and provide to the agency any corrections to that information, or any additional information, that is necessary to make the information provided by the person to the agency complete and accurate, and shall not thereafter furnish to the agency any of the information that remains not complete or accurate.
      (3)Duty to provide notice of dispute
      If the completeness or accuracy of any information furnished by any person to any consumer reporting agency is disputed to such person by a consumer, the person may not furnish the information to any consumer reporting agency without notice that such information is disputed by the consumer. I have contacted the credit reporting agencies via mail with affidavits that these transactions were all fraudulent. I am requesting that these items by SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES, partners, and all affiliates associated with/ or in connection to SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES immediately be removed or be subject to legal action in accordance with the FCRA to the full extent of the law.

      Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter.  We have verified with the creditor that the amount owed is accurate.  The creditor also shows that the consumer had previously requested an itemized statement and that an itemized statement was sent to them at the address provided by the consumer.  The consumer can also verify with their insurance company that the amount owed is correct from the 2-13-21 date of service .  Our records show the insurance has been processed and that the amount owed is patient responsibility.

      Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter.  We have been unable to verify this debt with the creditor.  This matter has been canceled and removed from our office.  A request has been made to have this removed and deleted from the three major credit bureaus.
