      It pays my attention that the following accounts are inaccurate. I am a consumer by law. I am not happy about what I saw. This hurt my credentials as a consumer. I am not aware from those account. Here are the listed details of the account with discrepancies:

      Hi, I'm ******* ********, I need your help to reachout to this company. I tried contacting them to verify howcome that someone opened up an account under my name. This is a very serious matter and I feel bad that it is now affecting my credit profile. I do not authorize anyone to use my name, date or birth or any information as it is also against Data Privacy. They need to find out who opened the account under my name and just transfer those information to that person instead. Please help me get this resolved

      Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter.  We have verified with the creditor that the amount owed is accurate.  We need more details/documentation as to why this is identity theft, a police report if one exists.  We show the consumer had a medical visit on 8-7-20 and had services provided by **** ********** ********.  Please let us know if you need anything else and have more information to provide, thank you.

      THIS COMPLAINT IS BEING SENT IN RESPONSE TO A LETTER I RECIEVED FROM AR RESOURCES INC THAT I OWE A DEBT THAT HAS PASSED THE STATUTE OF LIMITAIONS IN MY STATE (TX). I HAVE REPEATEDLY DISPUTED THIS ISSUE WITH AR RESOURCES; HOWEVER, THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO REPORT THIS INACCURATE INFORMATION TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS. ACCORDING TO SECTION 807 {15 USC 1692e} OF THE FDCPA THIS IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF MY CONSUMER RIGHTS.

      Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter.  We have verified with the creditor that the amount owed is accurate.  We do not know who ** ********* is and any issues with their office should be taken up with them directly.  Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. is not attempting and will not attempt to file a lawsuit regarding this matter, the statute of limitations doesn't apply to our attempts to collect the debt. We do show that you have previously disputed this matter and have updated the three major credit bureaus that the debt is in dispute.  To the best of our knowledge, Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. is not in any violation of law in regards to this debt.

      and do not have a contract with SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SVS INC. They did not provide me with the original application like I asked.
