      I have always received my orders in the condition as described. Shipping isnt the fastest but that is clear up front. Happy customer since 2012!

      They sent me a completely random book and seemed to think it was funny when I contacted them. Have requested a refund or replacement and received no reply. This organization is a very lazy scam that shouldnt exist, how do places like this not get shut down?

      First off you got a tracking number that doesn't work it says label printed still waiting for a package. Second you will not receive the book they advertise or you order but what they want to send you. if I pay for a certain book I expect it to be that book. buyer beware. Stick to well-known reputable companies

      I recently ordered a book, Teach Me More Korean , advertised on their site as including an audio cassette for my school classes ( We would need the audio to learn the songs and words).It arrived with no audio cassette, and when I asked them for the audio, which they advertised/promised, they responded We only sell books, not their components (!?!? but they show no warning/disclaimer about that in the product description)so then I wrote ( You cannot call them, which is also terrible customer service) asking whether they could confirm to me that another listed copy of this book, which says it has an audio CD, really has the CD, so I could order that oneand they eventually responded No, none of our products include the components ( !?!? : That is also untrueEven though they advertise these components , and sometimes, at least , do have and send them )- Seriouslyas others have written here, too , these people lie through their teeth about their products , practices, etc. and they refuse to even offer the minimal service of looking at a product you want to buy when asked to confirm that it is sent as advertised . In other words, their product description standards are totally dishonest, and they dont even allow you to call themor ask in any waywhether the products will be sent as advertisedas they often arent before ordering . All of these deceptive, dishonest practices are outrageous , and should be exposed, condemned and stopped.
