      Ordered a rare and censored book from them for about $170, but had to cancel order due to a financial predicament that arose. They did refund the order, but then they relisted the book for sale at a new price of $320 when I told them I still wanted to purchase it soon. That's despicable and immoral.

      False advertising, company does not respond to emails. Have not received what was advertised .Ordered 4 books, only 3 came, advertisement stated order 4 books and get one free. Ive emailed, tried calling but have not been given a solution to either send the book The Silent Patient or credit my ****** account. This is frustrating, they have my money but I did not get all that I paid for.

      I wanted a book. I searched for the book on the internet. I placed the book in the carts on multiple sites. Until I found the book I wanted to purchase. I never completed the purchase from this business! I chose another business to purchase the book from. Imagine my surprise to receive an email telling me my purchase was made and had been shipped to my address. I replied that I had not completed the purchase and why was I receiving that email? The business then sent me an email that said I could return the purchase within 30 days for a refund! I never made the purchase! I can't believe I have to wait for it to arrive and go through the hassle of returning the book! I'm just disgusted with this business. I can't believe this happened. I never entered my payment information!
