      I've got to tell ya if you ever buy an RV make sure every component is supplied by Lippert. They have lifetime technical support. Everything from the toster to the hitch and everything in-between. Our refrigerator was acting up and the last thing I wanted was to replace it to the sum of $3,750.00. The dealer doesn't really have the ability to diagnose it plus the manufacturer warranty has just expired.. Even though we bought the 8 year extended warranty I didn't want to go through the 30 day process. I called Lippert technical support division and had the problem solved in a 5 minute phone call. To make a long story longer Lippert has the best technical support division I've ever dealt with.

      This company is an absolute disgrace and the customer service is horrendous. To summarize: we purchased a tandem axle Maverick Horse Trailer brand new in 2021 from an authorized Maverick dealer. in 2023 the weld on one of the axles (axles were manufactured by Lippert) completely broke off causing the entire wheel to fall off without warning while being towed at highway speed. This resulted in extensive damage to the trailer fender, trailer body, and trailer wiring harness.Thankfully, no horses were being transported at the time of this incident otherwise I'm sure that it would have resulted in injury to our horses; however, it left us stranded hours from home. We initially called ******** who told us we had to call Lippert. We called Lippert and got the run around and have continued to get the run around for nearly a month at this point. The customer service representatives just repeatedly asking for the same information in different forms saying that they can't reimburse us for any repairs or damage without certain documentation. Once we send them the requested documentation they ask for a different form of the documentation. Once we send the second form of documentation they ask us for the original documentation again. It's absolutely ridiculous. The faulty axle manufactured by Lippert was replaced by a certified technician who determined that the catastrophic failure of the axle was caused by poor quality welding during the manufacturing process. We have been working with "***** S" and "****** E", both of whom have been less than helpful. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH LIPPERT AXLES - YOU'LL END UP REGRETTING IT!!

      I wrote a nasty review below about how we ordered a part to be sent express but it was sent UPS ground instead, even after contacting Lippert and paying the difference. To provide an update, we were contacted by Kevin from Lippert shortly after posting the review who vowed to make everything right. Somehow he (or UPS) found a way to send the part express and it arrived on Tuesday at 10 in the morning (4 days ahead of schedule)... In addition Lippert will pay for the time we spend at this RV park to wait for the part and we are getting t-shirts. Ken, the local RV tech from 'On the road RV' came out right away and installed the part and the awning is now working perfetly. This was so much appreciated. Thomas

      I bought the stabilizer jacks through a vendor They lightly told me at this company when I was sold a already attempted to be put on an RV set that they had nothing to do with it. And they could not help me it's your product your company it doesn't matter who the vendor is because every product is sold through a vent of vendor

      I reviewed the case for your concern and collected a couple photos of the packaging. Based on the photos it would seem that the packaging was damaged in shipping and the carrier taped it all back up. Amazon is an authorized reseller, they warehouse and sell their own stock of Lippert items that are sold on Amazon. Because Lippert did not directly sell the item to you or collect funds from you we are unable to offer any sort of partial refund or exchange. Amazon has a great return/exchange policy. You will need to contact Amazon for concerns with an order and shipping damage. 

      If you have a warrantable product defect concern I would be happy to to look into that for you. 

      I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but order issues including shipping damage must be addressed with the party it was ordered from.

      The A-frame on my Gulf Stream travel trailer bent during normal use and appears to be a common problem of not being strong enough to maintain straightness. I reached out to them and after their 'testing,' they said there wasn't a problem. Will never buy another product made by Lippert.

      Good afternoon. After another review of this case, this was determined to not be material issue of the A-frame. Testing was completed and found that material to be within specifications for dimension, thickness, and tensile strength. Therefore, we will not be assisting with this matter further.

      Our awning arm did not properly work when it was raining and the arm did not drop as stated in the walk through and the manual. When it broke it also stripped out the awning motor gear. I reached out to Lippert and they basically stated that their manual states if leaving for a period of time or heavy rain you need to pull the awning in. We never left it unattended, and the rain wasn't heavy. We also had it set at a slant as stated in their manual "Leave it and forget it" but the arm did not drop causing all this damage. I reached out to customer support and they basically said it was our issue. When I asked to have a supervisor reach out to me they stated they stand by their decision and no supervisor actually reached out to me. Just also want to mention we have owned campers since 2016 so this isn't new to us and we never had a problem with our previous campers awning.

      I have a Forest River 5th wheel trailer and the hydrolic jacks and the slides are all made at Lippert. Within 1 year I had popping noises coming from underneath the trailer but I couldn't figure out why. Once I realized it was the hydrolic jacks losing pressure the "warranty" was out. I had to replace both front jacks. A year later I am now having to replace one of those jacks again and they will not warranty that ****. I also am having issues with the slides not working properly. Forest River needs to find another company because everything I read about Lippert is bad quality and bad customer service.

      I had one of the gears on my electric awning break and was unable to purchase just the single gear without buying the entire gear replacement pack at a cost of 75 dollars so I called there customer service and told them that I was not happy after that they emailed me back apologized and sent me a new gear for free !!! In the world we live in today that's rare for a company to do that so hat's off to lippert manufacturing company
