      I had the pleasure of working with ****** and ***** from Lippert Customer Support while troubleshooting my 2008 Kwikee Level Best 3000 hydraulic jack ******* and I can't say enough good things about them. They are an outstanding team incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue.Their dedication and support made a frustrating situation so much easier to handle.       Any product made by lippert will fall apart, and they will NEVER honor thier warranty or stand behind their garbage. **************** is non existent.

      Good morning, sir.  I've reviewed your case and prepared to offer you a onetime goodwill gesture for replacement jacks (front) with the understanding that you will be responsible for the labor to replace.  As part of the agreement, Lippert would like the current jacks sent back for root cause analysis.  Lippert will provide the *** tag for the shipment back to us.  I will also need the full vin, make and model of your unit and date of purchase.  Once I have this information, I will get the order placed for the jacks.  Sorry, there is one more thing that will be needed, pictures of the jacks, both front jacks.  I hope you find this offer acceptable and hope to hear from you soon.  Please send the requested information to ***************** and reference case 5112361.  Thanks,

      As a customer of hundreds of their product, they refuse to correct an issue of missing parts. As said in earlier reviews, lots of run-a-round without resolution.

      We had one of the best experiences in our four years of RVing. ******** and ****** were extremely professional. They not only addressed all of our concerns but also fixed an issue we didnt know about. They took the time and taught us the best way to use the Lippert equipment on our 5th wheel. We instantly felt like family. We cannot say enough of how great our experience was.

      Entry Door on ***** doesnt close due to lower Camber. Was told use the camber adjustment tool, Then told its easy to do the adjustment. Then told no dont do the Camber adjust it will break the glass. Horrible ***************** inept employees. Sent me the wrong door after waiting months as a goodwill gesture and the told they send another door and it has been 3 months of down time and now lost my my paint appt again. Was told we are really sorry and will next day ship and then told they dont next day ship due to the door size, was told it wasnt shipped and then doing QC, to much non sense. Lost three months of my RV use and memorial day. lots of inept people who cant verify part numbers. Then they told me adjust the door if the new door camber is off?! I didnt even get yet.case *******

      I apologize for the frustrating experience youve had with Lippert regarding your entry door. It sounds like a rollercoaster of miscommunication and delays. I did locate in the case that the new door has shipped and is showing an ETA of June 3rd for arrival. I also see where our *********** Manager spoke with you about the situation and an agreeable solution was made. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist.

      I am a mobile RV Technician. I get at least one call a week from customers complaining about some Lippert part not working. Leveling system, self retractable steps, control panels, awning... you name it. Lippert is by far the most problematic manufacturer of RV parts and devices I've seen. And I deal with many different parts and systems from many different manufacturers. If you're reading this, STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING FROM LIPPERT. Also known as LCI.

      I contacted the *** ************ to let him know my windows on my year old home were defective. We had a wind storm and my shades were blowing inward of course the windows were closed. Also, my electric bills over the winter have been $220 for a ***** square foot house, you can feel cold air all around the windows. He asked if I contacted the manufacturer and I did, next **** within his company, ******** Homes and Champion Homes have all brushed this under the rug? The windows have a five year warranty, **** stated the glass has a 1 year warranty, okay but NO ONE has bothered nor made an effort to come out and inspect my windows to see what the issue is? Even buying a new home doesnt provide any comfort in getting a product that is done correctly although Champion stated it was, how would they know? So many companies just dont take accountability anymore and its frustrating and wrong.
