      I purchased valance curtains a few weeks ago that came very flat and did not look like what was advertised. I waited to see if they needed time to adjust, I tried adjusting them myself,but they're still flat and did not come as described on the website. I called to do a return and was told that they're not at fault for that and the pictures are basically made to be misrepresented and they don't come as pictured, and that is somehow my problem and I have to pay return shipping. It's the most absurd thing I've ever heard, you're not going to get what you paid for. Flat out trickery and the customer service agent was zero help, and did not give a single ounce of care that I had been duped, after telling me I've been duped. She may as well have laughed at me. I will never use the store again.
