      When I ordered products from them on 9/6 it showed it was inventory.. After receiving the first portion of my order they then send me a notice my second portion of the order is on backorder and would available on the 16th of September Then I called on October 6th because I have not received an email or my order and they said my order will be here on October 25th. I asked why wasn't here on the 16th the lady explained that's just an estimated time.. so what you're telling me you really don't know when it's going to be here but yet you're giving me dates.. now shipping is going to be more and I have no clue when the orders going to be here? She then mentioned you can return your first portion of the order but it will cost you.... This is the first time I've ever ordered from this company and I'm very dissatisfied.. never again!

      Our company relies on information from the manufacturer for the backorder dates, which are subject to change. If you call in we can try and get a more accurate date from the manufacturer. You will not be charged for any additional shipping charges. We only charge one shipping charge no matter how many shipments are sent.

      They robbed us of our money. Over $600. Gone. We returned them unopened and they claimed we sent back different merchandise. What the heck!? Unopened!? Now we have no curtains and no refund.

      This is a horrible company & even worse customer service. I paid $50 to return small quilt package. Then $49 was taken from my return credit. Total fraud.

      Ms A***, Returns are stated when placing and order that the customer is responsible for return charges, if there is nothing wrong with the merchandise and the original shipping is not refunded. We did quote you a 22.00 return label, but you chose to return the merchandise on your own. We did not take 49.00 from your credit. The credit was for the merchandise, it was minus the original shipping charges and the tax of shipping charges.

      Terrible company to order from !! Please do not purchase from this company. I first purchased over $400 worth of curtains from these people. They were not anything like the picture removed two of the tags and they stole half my money and sent me a merchandise certificate which I am no longer interested in buying anything from this company, we are now 15 days from the company receiving the merchandise back and I still not gotten half my refund or the merchandise certificate. Please do not purchase anything off this site. It is not what it looks on the picture. The material is very cheap.

      We issued the merchandise certificate, due to the merchandise had law tags removed, which is illegal to remove. We do this instead of returning the merchandise back to the customer. The merchandise was returned here late afternoon after returns department is closed. The information was brought up to my attention Friday and I responded on Monday. We cannot do anything until we notify the customer. We have credited your account for the merchandise that was ok to stock and sent out the certificate through the mail.       Account cancelled because of error made in online ordering auto-fill shipping address. Order sent to wrong city - person phoned me and said, he was sending the order back. He did not, so my account was closed, without notifying me. Placed another order and it was not processed- I ordered correctly online, but it was rejected (without notification to me). Waited, waited.. and finally called to find out I was cancelled because a previous order was not paid for. I agreed to pay for that order (requested some consideration, since auto-fill order program was partially to blame). The company decided I was a bad risk (even though, I have never stiffed anyone and agreed to pay). Order from this company at your own risk.

      I place an order of $127. The ad on the web said free shipping $99 or more. Plus it had 20% off sale items. I spoke with Ms. Danielle and she was very rude. She told me the reason I was charge because of the discounted coupon. Really!! Then she said she's not going in a circle with me about my order. I ask to speak with a manager she told me that no one was available. Very poor service!!! They have lost another customer!!

      The items are nice but they will charge an arm and a leg for returns. The "discounted" return fee will be about the same price as the cost of them item. They will NEVER get my business again. The customer service reps are very dry and could care less if you are concerned.

      Candace, You were not charged original shipping. It does state in our return policy customer is responsible for paying to return the merchandise. You have the option to check other companies on the price to return merchandise. Thank you, Yvette ********** Contact Center Manager

      I ordered $500 worth of curtains. I got 20% off for signing up for emails. It said on website that the curtains would ship directly from the manufacturer which they did. Touch of Class charged me $56.44 for shipping. I went on the manufacturer's site and they do not charge for shipping. I asked Touch of Class why I was charged $56.44 for shipping when they did not do the shipping. I was told if you order through them they charge for shipping I repeated you did not do the shipping so why was I charged. I was told I could have ordered from the manufacturer if I didn't want to pay for shipping. So they didn't actually give me a 20% discount since they charged me $56.44 for a shipment they didn't actually ship. I really like the curtains, but I will never do business with them again.

      I apologize that you are upset about our shipping charges. Our website does state that we cannot accept for than one discount per order. Other companies have different policies regarding shipping charges.

      I ordered a 4 ft octogan rug for our bathroom based on the description of being 'plush'. When it arrived, is was really cheap and certainly not plush. I had to pay to return it at the cost of $34.20 with USPS. I felt the product was misrepresented and I should have ALL shipping costs refunded along with the cost of the rug and tax. I have received a credit on my card for $87.20 but it did NOT cover all my shipping with this rug. I see from other reviews that Touch of Class has refunded all shipping costs. I should be accorded the same since the product was misrepresented. I expect a credit of $50.53 on my card. My rating of this company is "do not recommend" based on my experience.

      I ordered curtains and shams and received them in a timely manner however I was given incorrect information. I was told I would receive 2 panels per package when they arrived of course it was only one. Which meant I only had half of what I needed. I was told there would be no shipping charge and of course there was. Upon returning these items I was told that I had to pay upfront to get a return label just to return. This company is definitely not a touch of class instead it misleads the customer. I ended up paying around $40.00 for the shipping which I wouldn't mind except I have no product. This company needs to give the correct information regarding the product they are selling instead of just telling you anything for the sale. I have dealt with multiple online stores and have not had any problems returning or getting the correct item. The customer service is horrible and clearly lack the knowledge and professionalism. Be prepared to pay for a return label even if it's an error on their end. My rating is a 0 for this company but I have to give at least one star, I would say buyer be aware!!
