      Bought 2021 Georgetown GT7 32 8/13/21. This has been the most horrible experience ever! Coach is overweight for the chassis its on, slides continue to fail, water tank siphon while driving and the headlights and esentialt useless at night. Forestriver likes the term " good will gesture" to appease you, but don't be fooled this is merely a band-aid on a bullet wound of poor quality workmanship. We were excited to take delivery of our new coach, and that quickly turned into utter disappointment and a string of lies and broken promises. The dealer never predelivery inspected the coach before delivery so consequently on our first trip out the heater had a massive propane leak causing us to evacuate the coach and sleep elsewhere for the night and upon arrival we discovered that the water tank had siphoned all its water out leaving us almost empty for the weekend ! Be aware , do your due dilligence.

      Stay as far away from forest river rvs as you can. They are nothing but pieces of junk. We bought a rv from them in March and it hasn't been livable since day one. The slides would not work and the heating and air conditioner never worked. The response from forest river was pay for the repairs out of your own pocket and we may reimburse you. I seriously want to take this pos to their factory and burn it to the ground. Don't buy a forest river rv.

      We bought a Forest River Wildwood 36BHDS ****** of 2020. SO MANY PROBLEMS I cant even list them all here. About to hire a lawyer. Never sued anyone before but about to now.

      We bought a Primetime Tracer, a forest river (FR) product, in February 2021. We did a lot of research on this product and only found one which is the axle issue in their older models. During the time of purchase, we looked at it and dealer service mechanics said that its all ok. March 2022, we want to change our tires but you couldnt because after diagnosis, it looks like the axle was bent. We didnt find out about this until end of May because our dealer closed too. Throughout those times, Ive been in contact with FR and they havent been helping in facilitating any of these services. Now that its June, the axle is finally getting made and were days late to getting our RV back and would need to cancel or pay a hefty price just to go on this planned vacation with several families. The bent axle or our dealer moving wasnt our fault. The main problem is FR customer service wouldnt care to work on their suppliers or with you to help you out the best they can on any issue on their products. Its 100% for profit and revenue and theres no care about the consumers or their safety. They will build as fast as they could without doing any testing on axles. Also, if theres a repetitive issue, wouldnt you think they have gone to investigate it and so future models wouldnt have the same issue? Nope because were still experimenting the same issue. If youre buying FR, look at reviews and forums. **************** is a big joke. There is no service there. Just pure waste of time. Might as well find a really good dealership that has a good service department, that knows how to take care of their customers when the manufacturer goes quiet on you. Luckily, were still under warranty on the axle.

      I have a 25 ft *****************. I have had an issue with the decking becoming stained which has originated from the underside of the flooring. It can not be cleaned. The deck has been replace twice for this problem. It is now happening for the third time. I am getting no support from either Forest River, Berkshire or my local dealer ************* located in *****, *******. I regret the day I purchased this boat. I would not do business with either of these three companies.
