  Just completed my 1st return visit to the RV Factory after purchasing our 2021 44FL Elite. What a great service team, who were all very pleasant to work with and addressed/repaired all the very minor issues we had with our unit. At the head of the service/manufacturing management was one of the most proactive individuals I've ever encountered, ***********************. Not only is he running the day to day manufacturing operations, but also overseeing the quick repair of retuning customer/RVs. The RV Factory allowed us to stay several nights in their manufacture parking lot and ************** actually stayed in late to receive us and assisted in assigning our parking location and hook-up before locking the gate and going home for the night. I recently retired as the *** of a large manufacturing company which easily produces ************ in product on a yearly basis. ************** is the caliber of leader/supervisor/manager I would hire in an instant. GREAT COMPANY AND STAFF....

  My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to the team at the RV Factory. We recently returned for our first anniversary check-up. We own a 2023 47FB 5th wheel toy hauler and absolutely love it. Every encounter we have had with ****, ******, ***** and his staff has been exceptional. Just as an example of how the team goes the extra mile, there was a small piece of wooden trim that needed to be re-attached to a floor box in the hallway. ***** evaluated the situation and recommended that the floor box be reconstructed in a way that the wooded trim piece would not be necessary, thus eliminating any future problems. The reconstruction looks great with no additional cost being incurred. Team members indicated that The RV Factory was a great place to work, and they interacted with us in a most professional and friendly manner. I think it makes a difference when the employees are happy where they work. I feel that the company is truly concerned with customer service and satisfaction, not out to charge the customer for everything that they request. There was additional work that we requested that did incur an additional charge. The requested additional upgrades were done professionally and were reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a RV look at the Luxe brand and the obvious effort to make their customers happy with the product that they produce.

  We picked up our preowned Luxe Elite which was sold on consignment through the Luxe at the RV Factory. We went to pick up the ** at the RV Factory. From the very beginning the entire staff at Luxe made us feel like we were their only priority. There were units being built and there were units there for repair, but it felt like the entire focus of the factory was on us alone. We made many changes there and decided to upgrade quite a bit. We ran up a pretty good-sized bill with all of our upgrades and changes but the bill was actually less than we expected. I was surprised at how low the cost was on some of our upgrades and modifications. We never heard the word NO. There were a few things that we wanted done that were not feasible due to the amount of labor and time it would take but they were more than reasonable. There were many instances where we didn't even see opportunity to upgrade or make changes but it was pointed out to us and they offered to do some of them at no cost to us. This is our 4th ** and we feel like Luxe is by far the best value out there based on quality, options and cost. We left the RV factory knowing 2 things. #1 We will never buy a Fifth Wheel that is not a Luxe. #2 We don't want to take the risk of trusting anyone other than Luxe with maintenance and repairs on our 5th wheel. When you visit the RV factory it becomes very clear that they have an All-Star Team that must have taken many years and much effort to assemble.

  We are the Proud owners of a 2022 Luxe 38GFB. We had a great buying experience back in 2021 and anytime we need service or warranty work the crew their is amazing. **** and ***** get the job done and in a very timely matter. We Love our Luxe.   My husband and I have owned various campers over the last 30 years and nothing compares to The RV Factory and their Luxe products. Superb craftsmanship and great support after the sale. We highly recommend purchase a Luxe!!
