    The worst place to ever purchase an automobile from, typing this Im in tears, frustrated and just plain fed up with Byrider. Purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox back in August 2022 and soon as I drove off the lot it had issues, check engine light is on now, took it to one of their warranty approved mechanic shops, come to find out I needed a motor( of course Im sure its used and probably a junkyard special) the mechanic shop that put the motor in after check engine light came back on come to find out the mechanic shop said Byrider doesnt want to pay for the other part it needs to get and keep my check engine light off and not to mention the mechanic said its warranty approved. I can only drive locally since Ive had it , not to mentioned they kept my SUV the first time for 2 1/2 months! Ive been bumming rides, Lyfts and rental a lot to get around and just to drive 2 hrs to see my granddaughter that I couldnt use my own vehicle for. Its 2024 and my check engine light is still on , I hope someone reads this and can truly help me. Btw I am a single parent, caregiver to my disabled brother and son taking medical and Lyft transportation is and has been eating up my pockets. Frustrated in ******* **************

    They are a scam.. bought a car from them years ago.. they garnish your paycheck with out no letter or anything.. they take way more then what your car is worth.. avoid this scamming lot at all cause
