"The worst place to ever purchase an automobile from, typing this Im in tears, frustrated and just plain fed up with Byrider. Purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox back in August 2022 and soon as I drove off the lot it had issues, check engine light is on now, took it to one of their warranty approved mechanic shops, come to find out I needed a motor( of course Im sure its used and probably a junkyard special) the mechanic shop that put the motor in after check engine light came back on come to find out the mechanic shop said Byrider doesnt want to pay for the other part it needs to get and keep my check engine light off and not to mention the mechanic said its warranty approved." ...
