Had 2 small scratches at the bottom passenger door due to running over a curve. Repairs was paid out of pocket and was at least *******. They were really small however, I was scared that the paint would chip after so long so I wanted it repaired. They said repairs would take one week. Well it did take one week and repairs were awful! It look as if no one had put clear coating on car and I had a paint area on vehicle bumper that had me curious to why it was even way down there when I only had damage on passenger door! I pointed out damages and he said that apparently it had been there! I told him this is a brand new 3 month car you are a lie! Then he didn't even repair one of the scratches! He said oh I didn't see that! How dare you! I sent it back 3 times before repairs were decent enough! NEVER AGAIN! They are just horrible! I would NEVER refer anyone to them and I will suggest everyone read their reviews first! I should have followed my first mind but since they were ***** certified, I thought they would do a good job. No! No! No! No! No!Crash Champions, LLC

I am shocked at how poorly I have been treated by the team at Crash Champions. The customer service has been awful from the day I dropped my vehicle off. The real surprise was when I opened the back of my car to find dirty dog prints after it had been in the shop for a bumper repair. Almost as if an employee had taken my car and their pet for a joy ride. I had hoped when I called the office would at least offer to clean my car but instead demanded that I ****** a car wash. When I asked how they would resolve it the person on the phone yelled at me and told me it was my fault and that my demands were ridiculous. From a policy that voids the warranty of work if I sell the car to my vehicle being covered in bird droppings when I picked it up, I have been incredibly disappointed. And they don't return phone calls or act with any concern over the experience at all. The manager encouraged me to write a bad review saying they gave me my car back covered in bird droppings. They could have so easily solved this by saying the car wash on this road is safe to take your car through and we are so sorry about the paw prints. We will make sure to address with our team. This is clearly a shop that profits heavily from their insurance related repairs and who feel they do not need to care for their customers or their vehicles.Crash Champions, LLC

My daughter had her car repaired at Crash Champions when our neighbor bumped into it. The repair was pretty minor but there was a dent in the door and a scratch on her fender. When we got the car back the paint work looked good, and after an extended stay we were eager to get her car back. When my daughter was driving her car home, she noticed her mirrors were not working correctly. We notified crash champions of this, and they said to bring it back and they would repair the mirrors. All of this was checked and verified when they took the car from us. Over the next month my daughter took her car back 3 different times and each time left without a solution. They admitted that the technician that performed the work was known to do sub-par assembly and that he was let go because of this car. They referred us to a Hyundai dealer, and acknowledged they were at fault. The dealer checked the mirror and switches and said both mirrors needed to be replaced. The blind spot sensors in the mirrors and actuators were bad. I called crash champion and offered to let them replace the mirrors and they agreed because it would save them money on the repair. The dealer was going to charge $2800 to fix the issues created while crash champion worked on the car. While discussing this we agreed we would take the car home and crash champion would order the parts needed, then notify us to bring the car back. Crash champion paid the diagnostic ********* they sent an email to my daughter saying that her model year car was known to have issues with the mirror actuators and that they will not be fixing her car. I find it odd that when it was dropped off for the original repair both mirrors and blind spot indicators worked and when we picked it up, they did not. This is not how you stand behind your work. So much for the guarantee. I would not recommend Crash Champion of **********. We are very unsatisfied customers.Crash Champions, LLC

Crash Champions of Shawnee should never be used for vehicles that require anything needing mechanical work included in your repair. Crash Champions has sent my vehicle to ****************** for actual mechanical repairs and I am experiencing multiple delays and misinformation being provided to me on my repair timeline. My vehicle was dropped of at Crash Champions on 2/8, estimate provided on 2/11 due to the weekend. First estimated completion date was 2/21. On 2/14 "vehicle is underway" . Updated completion adjusted to 2/26. On 2/19 "half way ***** was status. On 2/20 "on track for 2/26 completion". On 2/25 up dated completion to 3/6. On 3/4 all parts have been received, WONDER HOW THEY WERE HALF WAY DONE AND DINDT EVEN HAVE PARTS. On 3/6 updated to 3/13 completion. On 3/12 my vehicle had not even been looked at by the sub-contractor ******************. On 3/12 updated to 3/17 no later than completion. My vehicle was finally looked at on 3/18, and needed additional parts. The part was ordered and the wrong part was received. 3/19 new part ordered, with 2-3 day delivery, update to 3/24 expected completion. On 3/24 promised by end of day, not delivered. On 3/25 still not delivered and on test drive it was determined new bearings are needed. ****************** cannot guaranty when the vehicle will be put back in a bay to be fixed. Crash Champions has now updated the delivery to 3/27. Vehicle still not finished. The advisor at Crash Champions has been very polite, but cannot get the sub-contractor to complete work. The repairs have been paid by the insurance company, minus my deductible on pick-up. I would say I will never go back to Crash Champions but, I believe I will be back there for poor repairs by sub-contractor. Time will tell.Crash Champions, LLC

I wish that I could give less than 1 star. Unfortunately I was hit on the right passenger side of my tundra and had to get major repairs done and some frame adjustments along with fender, new rim, new bumper, and additional front end replacement parts. I turned the truck in November 16 and received it rack on Christmas Eve at 2 pm because they were closing early for the holiday so since I work like most adults I took off early and paid the deductible but there was no one around to do a walkthrough. I took the vehicle home and noticed all of the unresolved issues. Mismatched headlights ( original smoke and new one clear, I'm driving a pirate). Orange peel paint job on the replacement bumper. All plastic parts off kilter and misaligned so there are gaps on the entire front end. Worst of all the control arms and tie rods had all screws and bolts rounded and stripped and I received a call from the service advisor that I should pay $600 dollars to have this done for an alignment. I can only assume that at least one side should be covered considering that the right side was the side that was hit. I have requested for a headlight replacement and control arm issues be fixed but for some reason the manager and **** were always at lunch at 2-3 pm, odd since they close at 5 pm. I have left multiple messages and and requests for reconciliation but only received runaround messages at 5pm closing time so that I was not able to speak with anyone. I understand that this is an issue that will not get resolved and that the company will send a canned response to this but I just feel that I have to submit a warning to consumers. You deserve better.Crash Champions, LLC

The receptionist, ******, stated that it would be a week before they could even touch it to evaluate the parts that needed to be ordered, which I thought was weird, however she advised they were at 200% capacity, which I believed. She offered the couple in front of me transit to another crash champions however did not attempt to offer it to me until I spoke up and asked about it. When I was told the closest two were NOVA or ******* I declined transport to another location then. She also told me I would receive updates via text and would also receive automated text messages but not to believe them because they could be unreliable as they were automated. Upon receiving my first text message on 2/20, I received an estimated date that would land me greater than two weeks, 3/5. After the automated text I hadn't heard anything and continued not hearing anything from anyone until 2/24 when I reached out asking for an update as we were having vehicle issues with our spare vehicle. After that we continued to get vague updates until 2/28, since then radio silence. This AM rolls around, hadn't heard anything from them so I call them as today is the day for pick up. At 0840 this AM they advised me that my vehicle may or may not be ready today as they are still waiting on parts. I informed them I would be there at 3. They also told me when I walked in that they had already washed the vehicle. Turns out that was another lie. One of their techs stated through the walkie talkie in the office that they were still doing it about thirty minutes into my wait. While sitting in the office today during the last thirty minutes I come to find out that they were holding my vehicle trying to push insurance paperwork through to assure payment even though it was not my fault for the accident and quite frankly not my problem how they get their money. Then their receptionist tried to tell me I had a a deductible to pay when I didn't.Crash Champions, LLC

Unfortunately, someone backed into my car in a parking lot in September 2024. We soon realized they did not have adequate insurance, so they offered to pay out of pocket to fix my car. I got 3 estimates and talked with the person who hit me, and we went with the estimate that was in the middle on costs. I learned very quickly that I chose wrong. The person who hit me went and paid the deposit, Crash Champions then ordered the parts, and we scheduled the repairs. When I dropped off the car the receptionist had me sign the necessary paperwork and while I was waiting to finish this process, she proceeded to take a call from a customer and put the call on speaker while I was at the desk and another gentleman was in the waiting room. After the call was completed, she, another employee and manager proceeded to ****** back in forth about who was accessing my work order. After that, I was done, and I left. Work was completed in a timely manner, and I was kept informed about the process through the link I was texted, that part was great. They contacted me to let me know my car was completed and gave me my total. The total was higher than the quote and when I checked the car in for repairs, I signed a contract stating they would seek my approval for costs before completing repairs, which they never did. I learned quickly why they were so aggressively pushy about me claiming this on my insurance. We were able to negotiate the price down but when we picked up my car, they did not even repair it fully. They did offer to repair it for an additional cost, even though they quoted the car after looking at it and taking pictures. The repair that was missing was where the brunt of the damage was, as well as the most expensive repair work being completed (front grille sensor bar). We tried filling out an internal survey and dealing with the territory manager to correct this situation but we're unsuccessful. There are others problems that occurred as well but these are the main issues.Crash Champions, LLC

On January 2, 2025 I had an accident. The insurance company an estimate was done and on January 16 a shop was selected to do the work. That was Crash Champions in *****, ******I explained it would not be until February that I could take the car in. I took it in on February 3, 2025 and met with an estimator. I explained to him that I did not have rental car coverage and wanted to know how soon the car would be available. He said he would have to see if the parts were available locally before he could give me an answer. I told him that if I needed to know that before they began making repairs because if it was going to be a while to get parts in, they would have to notify me when the parts were in and I would bring the car in at that time. I was then told all of the parts were available locally and that it would take 1 to 2 weeks to repair. My insurance company said the shop would keep me updated as to the progress. They did not. He texted back saying that he talked with the shop and they said they planned to have it done by February 24. I told him that was unacceptable and he had the shop call me on February 10.The estimator said that he told the insurance company the 24th but he thought it would be earlier. I told him the 24th would be three weeks. I told him I was not happy that it was taking this long, and that I needed my car. He said, the parts didn't get ordered until February 7, they were doing their best. I called again on February 20. I was having trouble understanding the delay since he said all of the parts were available locally. He then said that the insurance company had told him he had to order some of the parts from out of state which delayed things. I confirmed with the insurance company that they do not dictate where shops get their parts. I believe that I was lied to. Additionally, at no time has the shop contacted me with updates on the progress. I have had to reach out myself. Such poor customer service.Crash Champions, LLC

I would give it a zero if I could. I don't want anyone to go through what I have the last 7 weeks of dealing with them.0/5 STARS: The absolute WORST experience I've ever had dealing with a body shop. I have never in my life been given such a run around. The back and forth regarding when my car would be finished was comical and when I finally got my car back (5 weeks later) it is still not fixed like it was supposed to be. I was told I would have to go else where because they do not actually work on electrical work. Which is ironic because one of the reasons my car was taking so long in the shop was due to the electrical issue that I brought up when I dropped my car off. I also was informed that the body shop deemed it non accidental so now I am having to pay for a diagnostic test to confirm that it was indeed caused by the accident. I spoke with the ** before I picked up my car and he was quite rude on the phone. I expressed how I had gone 5 weeks without my car when it was supposed to be 2-3 weeks and he mansplaned fixing a car as if that would make things better. Then had to back track when he used the snow as an excuse for the part not coming in when he had just stated that the new trunk had arrived before the snow. He also suggested that I should just get a rental and I explained to him I didn't have the money for a rental especially when I would have paid for one for 5 weeks. He then tried to tell me I was wrong regarding my own insurance policy about rentals and the price I would have to pay for it per day. I have been more than nice and more than understanding with the continuous excuses about my car- you would've thought I would've wrapped the car around a pole but no I just backed up into something.(The only shining star at this place was ****** because she was always there to answer my questions and never lied when it came to what was going on with my car. I appreciate the brutal honesty and wish you nothing but the best.)Crash Champions, LLC
