A few months after this location fixed my pickup, I started noticing some irregular repairs. I took it to another body shop, and they inspected the vehicle. They came to find that all of the repairs were wrong. Doors not installed properly, paint not matching, hood and bumpers not straight. Worst part was, that Crash Champions didn't pull out the dent behind the passenger door! When we went to them with these issues, they acted like it wasn't a problem. Also noticed that they charged my insurance for a new trim piece for the hood and still put the old one back on!! They also charged for a new step that wasn't even damaged in the accident and still once again put the old step back on! Will never go back to this company!!Review fromRichard R

Terrible service, they've had my car over a month with just minor body damage. They do not return calls. Never again.

Their so called "lifetime warranty" is a scam! They did a horrible job repairing my vehicle and won't stand behind their warranty. Instead, they told us that the reason the bumper is falling off on the side they repaired is because of new damage, which is not valid and an excuse to avoid fixing what they didn't do right from the beginning. If you have **************** go somewhere else. You'll save yourself a lot of frustration!Crash Champions, LLC

I took my car to Crash Champion (Peotone). They give you a quote on fixing and a timeline. Be prepared to get your car back three times longer than they quote you. I was amazed that they aren't able to give accurate estimates in the repair time. I did some research and learned there are around 490 locations and the most common complaint was the many time extensions. I don't know if it is just a way of milking the customer or inept people who are clueless about the job. Unreal. Would not recommend due to feeling misled. If you call for the manager, expect to get a continuous, scripted sounding explanation about 'all the possible problems that could have gone wrong". My car had dents. To tell to me that there may be internal motor or wheel damage might have occurred, is utterly preposterous!Crash Champions, LLC

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! They do not keep their word regarding when your car will be ready. They have had my car for over three weeks (damage was small imagine if it was big!) and keep extending the time that the car will be ready. Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere but here unless you want to stay without a car for an indefinite amount of time.Crash Champions, LLC

We had a terrible experience with Crash Champions on NM-14. Not only did it take weeks to get an estimate, after the *** said 2 or 3 days, the receptionist, ******** is just a nasty person. My SO called to schedule our repairs and she has quite rude. When he sighed, she hung up on him! Then she had the nerve to call me and tell me he was rude and that she would only deal with me from now on. Well, good luck lady, because there is no way I'm bringing you my business now. I've known this man for 6 years, he's retired military and I have never seen him treat anyone rudely. Nice try. I tried to call and speak with the shop manager about my experience with ********, but she blocked my call, so I called the corporate Chief of Client Relations, ****** ******** to report her behavior. We definitely do not recommend Crash Champions and suggest they get a new receptionist.Crash Champions, LLC

This review is for the downtown ********* location-Absolutely the worst body shop experience I've ever been through. **** and staff are completely incompetent! They did not keep me informed at all. I had to reach out multiple times. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I came to pick it up only to discover that it was NOT repaired properly and they had further damaged my entire body of vehicle and all the windows with paint overspray. They reacted like a deer in the headlights. Totally dumbfounded. I had to be inconvenienced multiple times while they attempted to correct this over the next couple of weeks. They also ordered the wrong part for repairing the wreckage damage and that had to be corrected as well. They kept saying it was repaired at my first two attempts to pick up my vehicle, when it clearly was not. Complete idiots! Beware of this body shop!!! If you value your vehicle and your time and energy, DO NOT use this body shop.Crash Champions, LLC

Where do I start? Lets start off with the Service Advisor, ******* *. who has absolutely no clue what he is doing and he also has a little smart attitude with comments he makes and thinks nobody catches on to it. Now, lets get on to the work. As you can see in many reviews honestly, trust and workmanship is NOT what they are about. But they spent a lot of money on their pamphlets advertising how they set the standard and how they believe the DIFFERENCE IS TRUST. My truck was supposed to be ready in about 4 different occasions. The most interesting one was them telling me an axle was bent on my truck and it needed replaced, this was found out on the day I was attempting to pickup (day 29). After raising an issue with my insurance and attorney, they sent the truck to a different location to get an alignment and all the sudden the axle isn't bent. Let that sink in for a minute and think about what is going on there. Now, lets talk workmanship from this body shop. Paint looks like a touch up pen was used on some areas, paint running left to dry, damaged refinished wheel from improper equipment use, dried running paint on wheel surface, paint imperfections all over, overspray all over, paint on door handle inside and the list goes on. Do everyone a favor and share this so nobody else has to go through this. DO NOT trust this body shop for any repairs on your vehicle. My attorneys and my insurance will now be handling this with another body shop to get repairs done with QUALITY and TRUST.Crash Champions, LLC
