      BEWARE - I canceled my credit card after DiscoverCard refused to back me after ********** fraudulently billed my card for services they didn't provide. DiscoverCard RETALIATED against me by not billing me for my last bill (and I believe they also canceled my payment) JUST SO they could charge me late fees & interest (I have paid my bill EVERY time for the last 30 years). I used to trust this company, but now I think they're VILE.

      Discover says they protect you against scams but that is the biggest scam of all. I had a company charge my card multiple times and I never received a single product. I went back and forth with Discover and sent them all proof of communication with the company. Discover continued to go back and forth with me for a year while I continued to pay interest. Now that its been over a year, they said I need to fax or mail further emails to them its been over a year because of Discovers runaround and errors on their end. Just a total joke.

      After several online attempts and a couple of attempts with a Discover *** representative - I was not able to open an account with ********************** and no reason was given It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend using this bank. They do not even operate a physical branch and all is done online and very suspicious.

      I used to think that Discover was a reputable credit business until they used ******* and *******, P.L.C. to help them to collect a debt. First, I tried to pay my bill, but Discover did not allow me to pay. Next, they contacted ******* and *******, which has only been ignoring my calls to actually pay my debt. Discover should have done their research when choosing a credit collector; they most likely won't ever receive my money the way ******* and ******* is refusing to contact me to make a payment. Discover should allow people to make a payment instead of just going to a shady and unprofessional credit collector. They would have received their money by now.

      ********. Victim of fraud and closed my account prior to any charge being reversed. They kept my account open long enough to place the charge on my account and then reported the account as past due resulting in a 100 point decrease in my credit score. After my fiance died from cancer I attempted to secure a loan for her funeral and was denied because of the impact to my credit report. ********.

      I am disappointed with Discovers customer service. I disputed a charge after being misled into purchasing Wango Tango tickets based on false advertising that claimed prices would rise after April 16 but the prices actually dropped by $56 per ticket. Despite providing proof and contacting the merchant with no response, Discover refused to assist, pushing me to keep contacting an unresponsive party. I expected better protection as a cardholder.

      I would never recommend the Discover Secured Card to anyone. I put my own money on the card, but when I made a payment to replenish the funds I spent, I was told I have to wait 8 days before I can use the card again. Thats absolutely ridiculousit's my money, and yet I can't access ***** make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive. I filed a complaint, and they told me they dont even know if anyone will reach out to update me. Its clear they dont care about their customers at all.This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I will be canceling this card as soon as possible and will never use Discover again.

      I had an absolutely terrible and discriminatory experience with Discover Bank. While they advertise Zelle access after 90 days, it has been over 120 days for me, and I'm now told there are secret discretionary reasons why I might be denied this service. This feels like the kind of arbitrary and discriminatory policy that Discover Bank is known for, where they hide behind vague "because we can" justifications.

      I paid off my credit card in full and for some reason, they marked it down that I took a settlement. It took me over three months and 40 hours on phone calls to get it fixed. I was told I would be called back over 10 times never happened. I was told that they will fix my credit report never happened Every time I called them the person before did not write down notes onto what is happening over five times I had someone tell me that they reviewed the call in that I did take a settlement which was not true and when I would tell them this, they would again emphasize that they listen to the call and theres nothing they could do And as I said before, it was not true because I had over 10 people tell me they did listen to the call and they admitted to their mistake. I tried to get my money back plenty of times, but they said because there was an open ticket. I could not so after 2 1/2 months when the ticket was finally closed they told me I cannot get my money back because it has been over two months. They completely screwed me and dicked me around for over 2 1/2 months Ive never dealt with a company that has so much incompetence in my life. No one ever knew what to do when I would call and so every time I ended up calling, I had to start all over again and it end up being four hours for them just to tell me they would escalate the situation and call me back and as I said before no one ever called me back by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life. Nothing is even close to this theres no uniformity at this company. No one knows what theyre doing, and they consistently lied to me in lieu of just doing their job
