  Installed 8 new windows. They moved the furniture as needed. They also helped fix a screen door that was coming off due to past wind damage.

  We used Cronkhite Home Solutions to have new insulation placed in the attic of our home. Their subcontractors were very knowledgeable and professional. The 2 gentlemen were very courteous and informed us of all they were doing. We already notice less chill in the house which was built in 1954. The original insulation was still in the attic. All of that was removed and there was no debris left by the workers. We will use them again if we need other services they provide.

  The gentleman that came to evaluate was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were very polite and cleaned up their mess before leaving. I wasn't pressured into getting more than I needed to have. I have used this company twice and was quite satisfied. I also had a window replaced and the installer was very friendly. The only problem I encountered was all the installers smoked while on the job and brought the smell back into my home. The smell was definitely strong on their clothing and breathes.

  Cronkhite Home Solutions put in a solar fan on my roof along with newer insulation. This has helped a lot with keeping our upstairs cooler in the Summer and warmer in the Winter. We definitely use less energy that shows in our ****** bills. Not only good products but the workers and Dale himself were courtesy in answering on the job questions. I highly recommend Cronkhite Home Solutions!!

  Just as many reviews for CHS HomePro (Cronkhite Home Solutions) suggest, the communication with this company is horrendous. That and you will be blatantly lied to. Legal representation was retained on my behalf in order to cancel my contract and to get a refund for my deposit. The lies and lack of communication were well documented and proven.

  I ordered windows July of 2022 I was told 14 to 18 week never got the call in December still nothing called in feb still nothing called twice in march was told they would find out and call back still nothing finally in April they are in with excuse my dog died my wife left me then came back and was sick there is no excuse when a person pays the company a large sum of money up front I would not use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to any one else I even left a message that I wanted my money back before I got the call

  I would not recommend this company. Communication is terrible. We contracted for a new deck in May 2022, knowing there would be big delays in materials and workers. We were told 6-12 weeks. After 12 weeks, we called and left messages several times with no response. We finally went to the office to see if they existed. We talked with the owner. We fully realized the delays, but they would not answer our inquiries. Finally on September 20th a father/son crew came and did excellent work. We had been told a Cronkhite representative would be here when materials were delivered and at start of project. No one came. When finished, we called Cronkhite to get the lifetime warranty on the product in writing. The office worker said it would be sent when our account was closed. That was in September, and we have still heard nothing from them or seen anyone from the company. I would call the father/son team directly for any work needed and skip Cronkhite Solutions.

  I had gutter covers installed in 2014 & they were not put on correctly! I have been trying to get this resolved and they keep having personnel issues!
