    I had visited my Mother a couple of days after Thanksgiving 2020. I fell on a hole in the asphalt in front of her FRONT DOOR! I was rushed to the hospital and had to undergo surgery which resulted in me not being able to walk and lost of memory sensor. Afterwards trying to move forward, I attempted multiple times to get the situation addressed/fixed. This is unacceptable and still to this day it's still not addressed. Park Management has sent people to the address to observe the condition and yet to repair. I spent 29days in hospitalization and rehabilitation just to be able to "attempt" independent living skills. This is unacceptable!

    Completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I just lost a contract to sell our unit due to their unwillingness to respond to requests for information needed for closing. No response after 2 months of constantly calling and emails. I am not sure why anyone would chose to do business with them.

    Park management and ********************* are the most unprofessional management company. They are unresponsive and inconsiderate with replying to lenders request for necessary documentation to close a transaction. How difficult is it to complete the ****? Its a basic form requirement by the financial institution. They basically kill the deals for sellers, it takes months to have it completed and I think it's awful. My sellers are losing deals because of them but yet they have a brand new beautiful. Go figure ??
