    ***************** was in my home 45 minutes after I called him at 7pm on a Monday night. The furnace installation crew was waiting for me outside of my home for the next day installation. The crew was efficient and more than happy to answer my list of questions. This was a good experience

    installed a new boiler this past winter, end of season. during install one of the water pipe did not have a good seal. when I started up the boiler this winter, I noticed the leak. They came out quickly, fixed the problem, no additional charge. reasonable pricing.

    They were timely, affordable, and nice. My only complaint is that the guys who installed the system did not check if the entire house to see if the air was flowing through out the house properly.

    Do not do business with this company if you are African American (Black). This company does not respect Black customers. They only try scam Black customers. I called them for someone to come out and give me a quote, the technician came out and provided me with a written quote. When I called them back to schedule the work I was told that they could not honor the quote and the price for the work would be twice the amount I was quoted. This was two weeks after I was quoted the price. No explanation was giving only that they could not honor the quoted price. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I would give no stars but this app does not allow you to do that. There is a reason why they are not accredited by the BBB and now I see why.

    First and foremost, we take issue with this customers false accusations of inequality; we proudly serve thousands of customers of all ethnicities and employ a diverse workforce. We pride ourselves on a corporate policy of inclusion and equality. As evidence of this false claim, Mr. ************** maintains that we scam Black customers, yet he has done business with us for over 21 years. We have visited his home 22 times to perform annual maintenance and install new equipment. When Mr. ************** could not afford to pay for services rendered on two occasions, he was allowed monthly in-house, interest-free payments directly to Polar. Is this how a racially insensitive company would operate? The fact is that Mr. ************** is trying to extort our company into performing services at a loss. He has threatened to ruin our reputation on social media if we do not bend to his will. The truth of the matter is that Mr. ************** contacted us 30 days after his original appointment. He was told that the technician had made a mistake, for which the technician apologized. The technician then provided Mr. ************** with an updated quote that was higher. This same technician has worked with this customer 3 times over the last 4 years. In 2020, Mr. ************** was quoted a higher price for the same exact service, which he never had performed. He was quite aware that the 2022 quote could not be correct, as the price of everything has dramatically increased since then. At Polar Heating & Air Conditioning, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. However, we understand that some customers cannot be satisfied. Mr. ************** was a loyal customer until he could not forgive an inaccurate quote and accept the legitimate proposal. It is unfortunate that he has resorted to falsely accusing our company of racial inequality online.
