To whom it may concern,Approximately 8 months ago I had a Rheem furnace installed in my residence by Polar HVAC. It operated flawlessly and reduced my natural gas consumption by at least 20%I called Polar and scheduled a service visit. The service technician was **************He checked the complete furnace including fan performance, temperature rise, natural gas consumption, blower speed and other general functions.************* was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I have been in the electrical industry for over thirty-six years and definitely appreciate and respect an exceptional mechanic.He definitely deserves a raise.Respectfully **********

My ac went out and service man was out the next day and discovered the fan motor was bad. Unfortunately it was the weekend before the 4th of July son a part would take a few more days till after the 4th of JULY. Received the part and it was installed along with a new fan blade. AC went on but humidity was still high and after talking to service man again it was stated because it was off so long it would take several days for the humidity to go down. The technician called us everyday to see how it was going. ****** is he best. I might add our AC was 8n years old in was completely covered under warranty.Polar Heating & Air Conditioning

They were very professional and polite with my installation. When I finish, they cleaned and removed all the debris. One year after my installation they were on time with my tuneup very courteous very polite recommend.Polar Heating & Air Conditioning

WARNING WARNING WARNING !!!! READ THRU THESE REVIEWS .You will see this is a Rip-off company do not call them. They use predatory business tactics. This company is bad news they will take advantage of you if they can. They lie about everything .Nothing they told me was the truth. Their prices are at least 50% higher than the company I am using. If there is ever a warranty issue I will can another Rheem distributor to take care of it. Polar *****.You are lying ************* You know who I am and you know what your employee lied about my furnace. I talked to 2 people there and Ill bet both gave me faults names. You are a bad person and Polar is a bad company.Polar Heating & Air Conditioning

Here are the notes we have on this customer. He is obviously unhinged, and I would take his comment with a grain of salt. "Customer told ***** over the phone to get Fckd. ******* was extremely dangerous and not in working order when we arrived based on him having someone tamper with all his safety switches. He was claiming ***** ripped him off, customer had pressure switches drilled out, bought on a Saturday, installed on a Monday, had weekend to cancel. Lied to ***** or service manager when he called him back to try to get to the nature of his complaint. Even with your craziness if you would like to discuss this matter with the owner feel free to call and ask to talk to ****. I can tolerate you abusing me a little, it wont bother me but my employees are off limits!
