Since my furnace is fairly new i was use to the technician cleaning the unit with a vacuum cleaner. So the price with the $10 coupon is expensive for the work put in. But this is all new for me since my older unit was completely different in the service cleaning. I changed my own air filter so they didn't need to do that. I'm hoping in the future you can be accommodating to competitors pricing for the same checking and cleaning. When I called to set up this appointment I asked the representative who answered what work is done for this service and she said she didn't know. This is not good business if they cannot tell you something that is basic yearly maintenance. So what I have purchased is under a yearly contract for five years and only this company can fix or clean it or the warranty is void. I am happy with my unit despite not having any information on what is involved with this l$99 cleaning service. Hopefully in the future they can answer these very important needed questions. My technician was very knowledgeable and he did explain what he did. But because I had to return to the thermostat to adjust the temperature he asked, I didn't get to see all the work he did. I was very satisfied with my technician but I would like more details of the service. Your technicians are always professional and kind and I would like to keep a company I can trust. Thank you for the good service.

I have used Polar Heating to inspect my boiler before using it for the cold weather ahead for years. They are flexible, timely, efficient and informative. We have used Polar Heating & Air Conditioning for thirty plus years. They provide all of our HVAC needs, from newly installed units to seasonal maintenance and air duct cleaning. From the initial call to the front office all the way through the service call and/or installation they have always shown courtesy, professionalism and respect. They take pride in the work that they do and are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. No one else will ever be called to service our HVAC needs. If Polar Heating was a family and the employees were the children, I would say to the owners/parents, job well done, you should be very proud.Polar Heating & Air Conditioning

We purchaced products from Polar for our church and they are not working. We have a waranty but cannot get the service to fix the issue. Several calls have been made and we are still waiting.It has been very diffucult trying to continue to have services in the heat and we also went through this in the winter as well! We are asking Polar to stand behind their waranty and fix the issue!Polar Heating & Air Conditioning

Polar has been trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they are shooting the messenger. The church wants free work that they are not intitled too. We were trying to resolve the issue as best we can. Polar is 100% willing to go above and beyond the minor warranty part they are entitled too. The church is not entitled too free parts and labor that are not under warranty. Polar will not perform any work until the Church gets a licensed electrician to fix their power issues of which Polar expressly told them of in writing years ago! We have been informed by the supplier that because of this issue they will not replace the heat exchanger. In good faith even though contractually and ethically Polar is under no obligation to do any work under a warranty that expired over 6 years ago we were willing to supply the replacement heat exchanger at no charge. Based on this revue, I guess no good deed goes unpunished. Polar wishes them lock in the future with whatever contractor they choose to fix this problem. I hope the fix their power issues before they waste more good money on new equipment.Review fromJames M

The Polar Heating and Air Conditioning inspection was great. The worker cleaned the unit and checked that it was all running property. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Great job Polar.
