    My order of 2 pictures came when promised. One had the wrong frame & emailed the company. I got a very fast response (within minutes) and action to correct the issue. Totally pleased with the art & the customer service.

    What a wonderful company!! The ****** canvas poster I ordered was not quite right a kitchen use above our stove. *******, instead of having me ship the canvas poster back, told me to go ahead and keep it !! A very very generous thing to do....above and beyond !!!

    I am thrilled with the customer service I received from ****. I sent an email stating a problem I was having with placing an order and much to my surprise received a response quite quickly. There were a total of 8 communications between us and every step of the way he explained what he was doing and then provided a successful solution! I just hope the artwork I ordered is half as nice as the service I received. :) ************ gets a "10" from me!

    I love iCanvas. They carry wonderful canvas wall art as well as framed prints. Their customer service is exceptional. I ordered a canvas recently but wanted to return it and ****** was very helpful and understanding. He made sure that a refund was processed immediately and I was very grateful that I didnt have to jump through hoops for it. I will be purchasing a replacement in the near future and I will always turn to them when I need wall art.Priyanie ***

    We dealt with ******, and he was fabulous and quick!! I had put the wrong shipping address, and he quickly changed it for me. I'm in the middle of moving, and I put the wrong address twice, and he just fixed it quickly, twice, lol I've bought from iCanvas for quite a few years, I've never been unhappy with my purchases!

    Excellent customer service. The first print we received was wrinkled. iCanvas promptly sent a new print which was perfect. I highly recommend this company for their selection and service.
