    ******* has amazing customer support. They not only answer promptly, they go the extra mile. Ive bought many pieces of canvas artwork from them and the workmanship is excellent. I cant say enough about this company! ******, just recently investigated where I could get a piece of artwork they didnt have access to anymore and sent me the link. I think that says it all.     First and most importantly, I want to praise the customer service provided by ******. I recently placed an order for two canvas art pieces, of which only one showed up as scheduled. When I contacted ******, he explained what I need to provide, kept me updated on progress during their processing, and informed me of results of their investigation. He was a true professional throughout process and is a credit to ICanvas.Secondly, the canvas art piece was more than I expected. Exceptional framing a came with Certificate of Authenticity, an unexpected surprise.ICanvas has earned my future business.

    I ordered a framed canvas print from *******. The delivery was prompt and arrived on time. I love the print and its quality and clarity rates 5 stars. However, the frame was not constructed properly. Two of the corners were not butted up securely and had gaps that could not be repaired by me. I immediately reached out to iCanvas and received an answer right away. I explained the situation to ****, the customer service representative, and he told me to keep the damaged one and they would be sending out a new canvas print. **** was friendly, professional, and so helpful. I have found the customer service went over and above what I expected! Thank you, *******. I look forward to ordering again from your business.
