I received exceptional customer service from ************************* of customer service. I needed to change the shipping address from my address to the family member that I wanted to receive the canvas as a gift. **** was so prompt and professional in his reply he took care of this matter making sure the change of address would take place. I have bought several canvases from this company all the art work is so nice and very professionally mailed. I will continue to order and I want to add the artist are exceptional as well. I am very impressed with this company and all their art. Love the customer service. Very prompt with answering questions and getting me taken care of. Actually the best I have ever dealt with. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. You are awesome. Amaing quality of the canvas.. Fast shipping; the package carefully made. Excelent customer service; so nice and friendly and answer so fast Im surprised.. I received a product that had an inaccurate description. I was unable to return at the time due to several emergencies in my household. They were unwilling to help and stated because they only sell the artwork that they could not do anything. They would not provide a good resolution to a problem that was made aware to them. I have also stopped receiving communication from them after several emails and they have from what I am seeing blocked me from the live chat feature on their website. Just terrible customer service and professionalism.

Great products & excellent customer service! I just placed an order, contacted customer service to change my mind, then changed my mind *again* (seriously, if you enjoy a piece of art don't go asking for opinions, just enjoy ********* customer service rep was incredibly responsive & polite! I'm excited for my order but even more impressed by how this employee went above and beyond to put me at ease.. I see a lot of "******" below from other happy customers, iCanvas either has the best customer service staff ever or there is one guy out there just killing the game. Either way I highly recommend!
