      I purchased four books and I received all but 1. One of the books I received was not what I ordered. I emailed inquiring how I might return the book I received and if it would be possible to receive the correct book or return the book that I didnt order and receive a refund. I got no reply. I followed up two more times and still no reply. I dont believe I will receive a reply as over half a month has passed. I will NEVER purchase books from this company again and I would warn others as you may be scammed out of your money for purchasing a book that they do not have. It is not okay to replace the book with another that I did not order and it is not okay to ghost customers who contact your customer service email. Buyers BEWARE.

      I am the author of a book titled," Little Remy the Little Boy Who Doesn't Want to Go to School." I am selling my book band new on Amazon for $12.99 with a anti-bullying gift set. They are selling it used without the anti-bulling gift set on Amazon for $298.99. This organization discouraging customers from purchasing my book at $12.99.

      This company has my book listed on Amazon for $298.00. It sells brand new for $15.00. This add is discouraging customers from purchasing our book because it is grossly overpriced. It seems as though they are out to sabotage our sells. We are terribly upset and plan to take legal action if the add is not taken down *******************************

      I sent in a book to sell and they said it was in poor condition and must be recycled. Do not use them.

      Item descriptions are inaccurate. I ordered a "hardcover" book from SecondSale and received a paperback advance copy that had "NOT FOR RESALE" clearly printed on the cover. I returned it and one other book (missing dust jacket, not indicated in description) and paid $12 out of pocket because SecondSale doesn't cover return shipping.
