    We hired ***** to remodel our master shower. He was quick to come give a quote and it was very reasonably priced. He seemed so friendly and professional. He worked with us to pick out our materials and took care of ordering them. We paid him for the materials up front so he could order them for us and gave him a deposit for labor. It took almost 2 months to get a start date from him because he said our materials were taking longer than expected to come in. Once he told us materials were finally in he gave us a start date a few weeks out. From then on he kept pushing us back again and again with always another excuse of why he couldn't start our job. Over a month of him pushing things back went by and he eventually stopped all communication completely. I had left multiple text messages, emails and voicemails over the course of 2 weeks and never got a reply. We then realized we were being scammed and reported the charges as fraud with our credit card company. Because we had never received the materials or services we paid him for *********** was able to refund our money. I suspect he never ordered our materials in the first place and used our money for something else as he never did provide me with an order confirmation from ********** where he said he ordered materials from.
