    I placed order number 57245 (Sonic personalized Christmas Card) and received an email that the item had shipped. With normal shipping I should have received it before or shortly after Dec. 25. I have emailed the vendor several times with no response and did confirm that the transaction had been applied to my credit card. I am unable to track the item. At this point I am hoping to get a full refund. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Karen Bomster

    I purchased a print of a song that is meaningful to my father and I before Father's Day. I also paid for priority shipping to ensure I received it in time to buy a frame so that I could present it to him nicely as this may be his last Father's Day with me - he has Stage 4 cancer.
    The print did not arrive by 6/13 as it should have, and has still not arrived as of today, 6/20.
    I reached out to the company by submitting a request on their web site on 6/15 or 6/16. No one has responded to my request for help in locating this order. All told it was only about $35, but the importance of the gift coupled with their lack of reply I do take issue with.
