  They tried to get me to commit on the spot by repeatedly reducing the cost. I told them that I was gathering estimates and would make a choice after reviewing all of them. I didn't like what I perceived as high-pressure sales tactics.

It is our policy not to put pressure on customer but instead to create incentive during the consultation phase. I appolgize it you felt pressure in any way.   DO NOT USE Encore Concrete Coating I will explain how we get there, but I receive email below from ********************************"If you choose the route of trying to falsely portray our reputation, I will have our team clearly and politely refute any such claims. We dont believe in working with individuals who purposefully try to distort situations in a way that reflects the company in a simply false, negative, light at the sole goal of attempting to ruin our fantastic reputation. Additionally, because of the threat, we will be declining all future work at your residence from this point on forward and your warranty will be voided."In April 2022 we had the garage floor installed, product is great and look good, but unfortunately with very poor quality of installation. After floor was good for walking, we discover how many missed spots are left not covert with final coating and how ugly has been made the front line, even with coating bumps on the floor. We request repair on the brand-new floor three times. This result of adding to many layers on the front line, in order to make the entrance line straight, it cost us level issue. Currently floor collects water, because the level in front is higher.I did follow the process and file the claim under the warranty and my request was immediately denied. My husband and I try to explain what the real reason of the issue is, but instead of helping us we receive the massage above.

  Hi Bistra-Thanks for providing this feedback. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Our number one goal is to do a great job everytime and make our customers happy. We pride oursleves as a company on being professonal and attentive to any project issues after the install and in your case we returned several times to make requested adjustments. We will do anything within reason to make our customers happy, however, there are limitations in your case caused by the floor itself having nothing to do with our decorative caoting. Also, we will not stand for customers using abusive language on-site or over the phone towards our empolyees. I have reviewed the pictures of your install and it looks amazing, I hope you enjoy ************** for year to come.

  Very happy with the application of a polyaspartic coating on our garage floor. Highly recommended!
