    Made two phone calls just to get into my account. They blamed the organization where I took the class. Then didn't make the appropriate adjustment in order for me to view my score and print the certificate.After a time consuming process I was told I can't do this on my phone, I need to use a laptop or desktop. The agents I spoke with were polite as far as I know, but the call center is located "off shore" so a language barrier complicated everything. Still don't have my certificate. But I could have them mail it for all additional fee.I'll be visiting the library to try and print it.I wouldn't recommend this organization.

    I needed a ******* to take my exam and I emailed atleast 7 of the ******* they gave me in my area, NOT A ONE HAS GOTTEN BCK TO ME .wht a joke like these ppl are supposed to help you .

    It was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The course was useless as not on thing from the reviews was on the test. It was all trick questions!! I wish I read the reviews before I spent around $200 for nothing. I could not understand the people I called to help and Im not kidding I was calling for two weeks it was not user friendly. Today I had to be on hold for two hours before I took the test and was so annoyed and anxious I couldnt concentrate and even if I could it was ridiculous the test!!! Do not take this course. It sets you up for failure!!!
