    I called customer service because I was having technical difficulties and wasn't able to access my online course to resume watching the content in preparation for my exam. The customer service agent said they didn't provide technical support to customers for their own product and could only recommend I go to a library to access what I needed. In addition, she told me I could still take the exam without accessing the course. However, I paid for a bundle which included the course, exam, and a *******. Access to the course for me is vital to prepare for the exam. When I asked if I could talk to someone about getting a refund because I am unable to access what I paid for, she said she'd transfer me to another department and placed me on hold until the call disconnected. This is bad customer service and it's bad business to not be able to provide support for your own product and on top of that scam folks out of the content that was purchased and the money paid.

    They wouldnt send my exam certificate to my state so I can work again. Everyday I called they said 1-2 business days. Now its 7 and I cant pay my rent due to not understanding the depth of this companies incompetence. Dont use them if you dont want to be on customer service all the time. The customer service is useless and only service is to get you away from them with false promises. Worst company. Will make sure i tell everyone i know not to use them.

    Not me, but I've had to help my significant other through the process. Had to reschedule his exam because the computer wasn't working right, and then had to reschedule again because his id was expired. The day before his test he got an email saying his account was blocked and had to pay a fee to unblock it. There was no notification or anything indicating there would be a fee and the account would be blocked if rescheduled within 24 hours. Four days it took to send that email and block the account. It also takes 24 hours to unblock the account. They make you install a locked down browser. DO NOT INSTALL GUARDIAN BROWSER ON YOUR PERSONAL COMPUTER. They force you to allow unrestricted access to your webcam, mic, browsing history, and files on your computer, including full remote access from a stranger. Uninstalling leaves behind a whole bunch of junk on the computer it was installed on. This whole system is a scam and a privacy nightmare.

    Worst customer service Ive ever had to experience. After taking my course, the program would not allow me to take my exam. After being told to call other services to help, I was ultimately told there was nothing they can do. A block was then put on my account, charging a removal fee before I was able to take any of the 5 exams I purchased for my staff. Terrible experience.

    I wish I could give negative stars. This company should be charged with a crime after I saw all these similar complaints of taking money and then unable to take the exams. I am currently going through the same nonsense. My husband and I paid for 2 exams. We were told to put them in 1 name and ******** would change the name once you sign up to take the exam. Not so! Now we have paid for 2 exams with 2 different access codes and ServSafe says they cannot put my name on one. Only my husband can take the test and take it twice??? Really? What a fraud of a company!

    I feel completely cheated by my experience dealing with Servsafe.com. After spending four hours taking their responsible alcohol service course, I was unable to take the exam needed to become certified. I contacted ******** via telephone, and was told that I had accidentally purchased the wrong course for the state I reside in. They informed me that if I wished to become certified in my state, that I would have to spend another four hours taking another course. I asked for a refund, and was told no. They simply told me that all online sales were final. They took my money, leaving me to find a competing service to obtain my certification.

    This company is a fraud- The **** need to look into this company. The advertisement stated a live *******/ instructor. However never happened and when connected to take the test the software doesnt give you the ability to do so. ******** states they are not at fault POCTORC is due to them being the company who is the one to connect the rest - They then take control of your computer in which I believe they steal our information and the government is allowing this process to happen to the public! With all these complaints how do they still have the same process . Its all about money. I am asking for legal help ? I just lost out on my contract due to me not being able to be certified for before the event. How can I be compensated ? I have asked to for the company to stop controlling my computer and give me a call- as I am trying there are still in control of my system and will not stop

    F****** AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO HELP PROVIDED. WASTED TIME AND MONEY TO TRY TO GET ASSESSMENTS DONE AND RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK FROM EMAILS I SENT WHEN ASKING FOR HELP.WEBSITE IS S*** AND IS QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR PROGRAMS BUT OTHER THAN THAT DOES NOT RUN OR WORK PROPERLY TERRIBLE EXPIERENCE, S***** WEBSITE

    Website does not work most of the time. Courses for serving alcohol or food expire? So you have to write your boss and get a new key which may or may not work. Employer tells me I have to get certified to continue getting scheduled (after working with them 12 months, whole different story) so it seems as though the incredibly stupid expiration attached to each course paired with the inaccessibility of the website is going to cost me my job. Servsafe execs should be ashamed and compensate me for the frustration and time I have put into getting these certifications. I have strong disdain toward their business. Matter of fact, I think the info they offer should be free.

    Worst online course I have ever seen in my life, and ive taken many. Took me 10 hours total. At end of course I could not advance to take the assessment which was included in the bundle price I purchased. Instead of advaqncing to the exam, it kicked me out of the program, could not log back in, and could not fill out an additional form needed to get to the actual exam. **************** had a recording "long wait times". At last I was finally able to rectify this problem when cutomer service had to manually give me access to the exam module, which I passed after 15 minutes. The course module is extremely slow. Stop taking peoples money for job required courses, then not providing people with what they are entitled to receive.
