  NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE GARBAGE AND SCAMMERS. I AM FIGHTING CANCER AND THE TOLD ME THEY FIXED MY CAR AND DID NO SUCH THING. 2K LATER I'M AT ANOTHER SHOP GETTING THE ACTUAL WORK DONE.   HELLO" everyone my Auntie had needed.a flex pipe repair,on her 2017 ******* sonata.Instead they cut off her[ CADILLAC CONVERTER}. That did not needed to be replace.And also took her o2sensors out.That did not replace. and now she stuck with out car . because these ***'S laugh in her face.about what they had done.

  Brought my Porsche Cayenne into to repair a flex exhaust pipe. I was recommended by ************************. The guys were unfriendly, saying they didnt want to mess w my car (in Spanish). Said they couldnt give a fxxk and told me to go to a Porsche dealership. I spent $3500 w these guys on a replacement catalytic converter and they brushed me off like I was dirt!Stay far, far away from these guys! I can totally relate to the other reviews where they talked about them laughing in Spanish at me. I speak Spanish so its even more of a slap in the face!

  This place charged me for a job I didn't need and still have the problem, never fixed and I spent ******. They do not speak english and start talking their language and laughing when you need answers, been dealing with this problem for almost 3month and they really think it's funny. That part right there! Is stress alone. Like I feel like I been robbed, now it time to take action. Please do not get any work done here,over charged and no english. Avoid the stress and over price

  I have never been a customer of ********************** (nor would I, considering their outrageous mark-up rate and the scam they are running with estimated work-order times). I am a previous employee who was educated, by other employees, about the sketchiness of this company. I still offered them a chance, please do not make the same mistake I did. I was told about how checks would often bounce, I did have this happen to me once and there was no urgency to the resolution. I was then informed by the higher management team about some illegal activities that took place in previous years with the "previous" owner and tax fraud. Again, I didn't want to just take their word for it, so I gave them a chance. It is now 2 months past the date that tax forms were to be sent out and I, as well as another employee I know, have yet to receive their forms. I have called, emailed, texted, and went down just about every avenue to get this document, to no avail. I should have left that place when my Service Advisor position turned into a management position (without the pay) and I learned about all the loopholes their "Owner" went through to keep a fraudulent individual secretly running the business. This place is a joke and an absolute SCAM. They treat their employees just as poorly as they do their customers and it is disgusting. Don't count on quality work or service and if you do find yourself tangled up in their web of lies and scamming, don't count on any sort of resolution from their end. They are money hungry and selfish. Find your local repair shop and go to them before you ever spend a dime with Velasquez. To the owner, her mother and father: your grandfather, father, and father-in-law would be disgusted by the way you've decided to carry out his legacy. You don't help your community, you take from it's most vulnerable individuals. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

  Sure not a customer, I actually worked for the company and since i worked there I noticed a lot of fishy stuff. Like the up charge on parts and labor. Its outrageous. I actually believe this business is committing tax fraud on its employees, i was made aware that majority of the employees at the company where undocumented. When you have undocumented workers, that means they arent filling taxes at the end of the year. So where are these taxed funds going? Well the owners, ********************* and his daughter ***************** takes it apon them selves to deduct extra funds from the employees checks and **** it off as tax deductions. Leaving you in a pretty big pickle when tax time comes. Unfortunately this has happend before so instead shutting down the business, they perform the exact same way. Just under ******************* name because ********************* legally cannot be an owner of a business from his past tax fraud. I learned all of this through a private investigator my lawyer referred me to. Me being a previous customer and employee i feel played and quiet frankly since i am a documented citizen, legal action is already in process. If you wish to work for this company or need your car fixed. Avoid this establishment by all means necessary, it will only cause bigger problems down the line.
