    Blastline USA is a scam! Ordered hydraulic counter balance valves and paid $99.00 for next day air shipping, they sent me a confirmation and that's the last I heard anything. Tried calling customer service 30+ times. they will not answer any phone calls or respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

    Placed an order on 8/3/2024. Received an email that it was shipped on 8/5/24 with a tracking number. There is NO tracking information available. Two emails this week have gone unanswered. Tried calling them today and tried all 4 extensions to get "this voicemail is full and cannot take your message" response. We paid $9.30 for shipping to receive NOTHING and no help. I have disputed the charge with our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I would give them 0 stars, but it won't let you do that.

    I placed an order from them they didn't send me the tracking number so I try to reach they by email or phone every day but not respond only in the website and the answered always the same. No ETA on product. I request a refund. waiting.

    I paid for a Midwest rake, they took the money on 7/19 and on the 30th they were still doing what all the other reviews say "pending fulfillment". I think they need to add the words "out of stock" to their language. The bad part that I didn't see mentioned in other reviews, good luck getting a hold of anyone to fix your problem. I tried on the phone with no answer from **************** (and the voice mail was full), accounting, purchasing and shipping. No answer from any service all day for 2 days. They simply don't answer phones. I sent an email to sales, no reply. To compare this frustration, I just order the same product from Amazon, it will be here in 2 days. I only gave them 1 star because I don't think BBB takes zero stars that they have certainly earned. Will I get a refund? At this point my confidence if low...

    I made a purchase from this *** and after a week of nothing but excuses as to why it was not shipped as they were just waiting for the charge card to be paid to them they would not refund my $ nor would they answer their phone or my e mails so I got no item or a refund or any communication ! I would not buy from this *** I wish I would have checked the BBB before I purchased they also have been doing the same thing to people on EBay.

    We have ordered a eye/face wash assembly on 4/19/24 and its 6/11/24 and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried to contact Blastline by phone but I never get anyone to answer. I also have tried to contact them by email and I'm getting little response with no ETA on product. They charged our company credit card and I'm in the process of trying to cancel our order and get a credit back on our account.

    1. Ordered an item from **** at a location 55 miles from me in **********. After two weeks I contacted the seller. Seller made inquires and was told package was lost. Seller refunded the money. Package showed up at my house yesterday. 2. I had ordered the same item from Amazon at a higher price and listed as next day delivery, but it never showed up. Amazon shows delivered to my house, but it was really delivered to a local postal warehouse after contacting Amazon customer service. Package arrived 15 days after the order date. Both packages were shipped by Blastline USA Inc. No communication from Blastline USA. I will be leaving them a review on Amazon.

    This company drop ships knockoff merchandise from *****. They sell on Amazon, and refuse to cancel orders, claiming they are preparing to ship. Item shipped a week after I tried to cancel.
