They claim they shipped an item but we never received it, I emailed several times asking for a tracking number and I cannot get a reply. I also called and no one answers, it goes to a voicemail but then it says you can't leave messages. This is all very sketchy, buyer beware. We are now going to have to dispute the charges with the credit card company.Blastline USA Inc

If you do business with Blastline your making a huge mistake. If you already did and are having issues, tell Blastline to cancel the order and refund your money. After they do not do that, (they probably won't) go directly to your credit card company and dispute it, don't waste your time. My experience is typical of so many of the other reviews listed here. I got my money back but it was a two month process and a lot of my time. There is a limit on how long you can take to file a dispute with your credit card company, so do it right away. From when I first looked them up on this sight they have gone from a A- rating to a B+, what good is the BBB?Blastline USA Inc

I ordered a well pump on 01/05/25 for $605.19, the site says ships in 4-5 business days, on the 14th shipping status was changed to created label. Today is 1/21/25. Item has still not shipped! This company is a scam and the fact that they pay BBB to be accredited is absolutely BS. I want my money back now or I will be filing a criminal complaint with the ***.Blastline USA Inc

Ordered an item on 12-6 paid for next day shipping. Item was marked shipped next day, but tracking says still waiting to receive item 13 days later. This company doesn't answer phones, all mailboxes are full, and no one replies to emails. This company is a scam to the fullest. Have caution. They scam you by listing name brand tools, then ship cheap knock off tools instead. They do not reply when contacted to address the issue. This seems to be common practice for them. This has happened at least several more people, whom have posted online about it. Who knows how many more that have not tried to warn others.Review fromJeffery E

I made an $80 order, they immediately took my money, I waited around 2 weeks and told them to cancel/refund me. They have yet to do the refund, the email said something about the matter being escalated to upper management. This "business" really needs to be sued and shut down for good. I came to the BBB site and saw nothing but negative reviews. Luckily I have a lawyer at my disposal and will be following up in small claims court. SCAMMERS!Blastline USA Inc

Ordered on July *******, July 22 was listed as shipped but the shipping website lists it as not received from shipper, over 2 months have emailed Blastline several times and either get no reply or they say that will look into it and then i never get a response. Internet is full of reviews from people purchasing from this company who never receive their order, makes me wonder how they could possibly still be BBB accredited.
