Very bad experience. These are not drs. They are cpns. You talk to someone who takes your info and then you are prescribed meds practically based on what YOU think is wrong with you. They encourage you in their ad to talk to the provider but the provider said"I don't know why you think you need to talk to me". Huh? Um to ask questions! What are you treating me for? Her reply "well you said you thought you had a sinus infection". Yes I thought I did but I'm not a Dr. **** I left them a 1 star review and they called harassing me to remove the rating. The guy was very nasty. I hung up.

Hello, not sure what website you have used and why you are posting your review here. By looking up your name and email, we could not find any interactaion for you with TelMDCare.com and never talked with any doctor or used our service. Please advise with the name or the service or the website that you have used. Also we just use ************** certified doctors. poor patient care never spoke with physician the 2 times I used the service. Prescriptions were slow and work notes were $20 extra and took 2 days had to contact customer support 15 timesTelMDCare.com

Hello ****, you are not registered on telmdcare.com. You never used our service. Unfortunately this kind of behavior is strange. Not sure what behind you to place these kind of reviews or you meant another service and posted here by mistake. Please review and see what kind of service and which website you have used. I was very skeptical finding an online doctor. I wish there were more reviews for this site, so that people may know that this is the place to go to. This place is wonderful. $40 consultation fee, and they called within 5 minutes of submitting an appointment request. 40 minutes after the appointment my antibiotics are ready to pick up at my pharmacy. Doctor was nice and straightforward. Ill be using them again. Thank you!!!Review fromGeorge B
