I was in ********* for business. Woke up at 4am with ear infection. Rather than having to go to er for antibiotics they handled it within ***** min. It was an awesome experience and Im very grateful for this service they provide. My meds were sent to ********* and I ubered over as soon as they opened. They were waiting for me first thing. Absolute and total scam. Took my money and then said they had sent in a prescription to my pharmacy, but my pharmacy never received anything from them. I called the 888 customer ********************** number only to be prompted to leave a message and the call was never returned. I messaged through their "customer **********************" portal and was told it had been sent to the medical provider for him to review. Never heard back. Finally just saw another doctor for my issue, spending more money on an issue that should have already been taken care of considering how quickly they charged my credit card. It has been going in two weeks now with no help from anyone at this company, so now I am just trying to get my money back. My refund request is currently "under review", but I have still yet to actually talk to one single person about any of this. Atrocious customer **********************, so if you actually used this site and it worked like it should then count yourself lucky. Do not use this site. Do yourself a favor and use Push Health, Call on Doc, or Dr. ** and avoid this one like the plague.Review fromCrystal M

Although my original conversation went well, my prescription got messed up and they were unwilling to rewrite my prescription or call the pharmacy to fix the problem. I called the help line and the lady I was speaking with was very rude and unhelpful. I will never use this business again. They kept saying they would do nothing to fix the problem unless I paid for another consultation. They just want money and do not care about their patients.

Hello *******, we are sorry for your experience. I understand that you are looking for a year of your prescription filled however our policy allows just up to 90 days supply and any refill require a consultation. That is our policy that we adhere to and I believe we are one of the cheapest telemedicine platform in the market. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. We provided you with 90 days supply prescriptions per the visit that you paid for and we are expecting our patients to pay our providers so we can keep our practice running at low cost for all patients.Review fromCarrie K

They are the best. ***************** has treated me on several occasions and he is knowledgeable as well as kind. Very efficient and simple to use. He called my husband and I right back. I believe this is a good doctor and excellent service, compared to all that I have seen all over ******* and surrounding. It's a pity that there are not many like this.Friendly attitude, not focused on high cost for their exceptional service.Honest and sincere smile you will find here, they're not pretending just for you to see a smile.I'm really grateful for the service they offered **** had to drive 1 hour to get to the destination address, but satisfide for doing it.
