    **************** and communication were incredibly poor. The only reason I give 3 stars is because install crew was friendly and efficient. Could have done a little better job cleaning up after install. Definitely expected more for such an expensive project.

    Six week delay in step one.No accountability instead blamed my HOA, who assisted by giving highlighted directions of how to get approval, so unprofessional.Install left damage to my landscaping, broken glass in my home and out, glue on my rug and siding and drywall. Stickers on windows and all six are filthy on both sides and both stories of my home.Install has 3/6 screens not square and 2 windows not sealed, meaning I can see light through the cracks. No one contacted me when install was completed they just left the mess and the damage.I was told 4 times between Monday and Tuesday that the scheduling manager would call me to make a day for the crew to come. I will keep calling but no longer think they are honest.

    Zero Stars!! I god ad by mail - "Buy two windows, get two free!". Free estimation. Ok, let's go.Website is nice and I submitted estimation online. Shortly front desk lady and followed after technician set an appointment. My family adjusted all the day for everybody and were waiting, but nobody came. After 1 h I called office. Answer was stupid - no one can come today ... representative has problem with traffic ... his car has a problem...next appointment in a couple of days...Of course, sorry, apologize, were included. Our decision - "Bye-bye Universal Windows Pie"DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Universal windows is a 1st rate company due to the workmanship of their windows, their warranty, and our salesman!Our salesman ****, was exceptional! He had an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Universal ****************************** warranty. He was also timely, extremely courteous & so patient with all of our questions. In fact, he encouraged us to ask questions. His thorough demonstration of all parts of Universals sample ************* showing us 200 degree heat on the glass, proved to us that Universal Windows were the best. He even showed us some parts of competitor windows, which allowed us to actually see the huge difference in workmanship. Universals warranty is exceptional & no service charges ever. No salesman could have done a better job!

    Courteous installers great installation very professional staff had no issues with time and service only issue i had was the gentleman that did the presentation was cut out of the deal because we didnt purchase the that day of the presentation

    over a year or two I decided to replace my front windows in my home which were old and quite drafty. I contacted universal windows to replace the entire set in my front living room windows. After a while when the weather changed I felt the draft again I called the company to come and fix the situation. they came out after a while and replaced one of the windows which they said had lost gas which was supposed to maintain the temperture in my home. about two weeks ago a serviceman came back out and inserted some shims to insure that the windows which I paid over four thousand dollars. I currently have plastic on one of the sections that have the most heat lost areas. I would like to have a new set of windows that work or get a refund of my monies paid for this unacceptable job.

    Unbelievably horrible experience! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Stay clear, between the price gouging in the beginning, additional $10,000 added in, to the lack of response. Missed install deadlines, had to schedule TWO more install dates, as incorrect product ordered - AND STILL didnt have correct product. Company needs to take some of that price gouging $$ & invest in some customer service classes for their employees as its extremely lacking, if any. Its now past 3 months since the agreed upon deadline and the door I paid for STILL isnt installed OR ORDERED for that matter (just got off phone with *****, manager, today 8/23 - even though we spoke in July [her words, not mine] & KNEW it wasnt in the warehouse. So here we sit a month later & the same conversation happens again. Im about ready to get an attorney involved because Im tired of wasting my time and still dont have a door. The way you guys conduct business is a complete joke! At least we have a yard sign to inform our neighbors to STEER CLEAR of this company!

    They offer a free consultation and measurements, and offered a next day appointment because there was someone in the area. The representative was professional and friendly. The company worked well with our association, which was important because our particular association is very picky and difficult to work with. We ended up getting our windows in a timely manner, and the installers were very good. They were professional and friendly, as was the service rep.Our main complaint is that one of our windows was measured incorrectly, and now we're not certain how long it will take to get a new one. They took responsibility for their mistake, and the windows are good quality as promised. We noticed a difference in our heating and cooling on the first day.
