****** the office manager told us that we were not worth the business of ***** because we asked for a credit for them not picking our trash up. If someone does not want to do business with you just say it but you dont have to degrade the paying customer by that kind of trashy slang. Dont waste your time here if you want customer service.S.B.C. Waste Solutions, Inc.

When starting in a new neighborhood, the first notice they send out is a 'Past Due' invoice with threats of penalty. This notice comes prior to any service completion, any account being established, and any can being delivered. They charge cards/checking information without consent and save information without consent. **************** improved from years prior.S.B.C. Waste Solutions, Inc.

I know they don't follow their contracts and they can't and or won't provide a schedule for picking up garbage. Our garbage has been picked up on the wrong day for months now leaving it out to smell in the warm weather and blow around making our property look like garbage and they do not care! I would never recommend to anyone!S.B.C. Waste Solutions, Inc.

We have had multiple trash companies service our multi-building portfolio and have had a lot of bad experiences in the past. SBC is very responsive when needed and always able to get our trash picked ** in a timely manner and even add extra pickups when needed. So far they have been great, Keep up the good work!S.B.C. Dealing with **** was awesome. The *** team is great and very responsive. Ive called them a few times for special requests and they are out the next day to get me taken care of. I would highly recommend them to any commercial or residential property that wants a very personal and hands on relationship with its customers.Review fromAmber J

SBC waste Solution staff come to our office offer us their service, then the Deceptive acts happened that he tells me that they will offer me a lower price service second, he ask our staff sign contact and continue to lure at low prices, but he did not mentioned how long for the agreement ,delivery charge (Quoted it us $190 but the bill was over $400 and now over $600), and right to cancel orally, like don't worry) , They are deceiving, non-responsive. I tried to cancel but now I find out that they included in the fine print 5 years term. They threatened me. If you want to do business with them and if you do READ EVERYTHING. Ordered a dumpster from SBC since they are so close to Westchester and I thought it would be great to buy local. They are listed as a registered contractor on the Westchester website. When I called to get the permit, I was told that SBC did not have current bond paperwork and Westchester could not issue a permit until they had the current info.Reached out to SBC and after a couple of calls I was told that it was SBC's understanding that a permit was not require they would not update their bond info with Westchester. Note ****************** form for dumpsters clearly requires a permit for private property AND requires that contractors have a current registration with the village which includes bond info.Perhaps others in Westchester will have better luck with SBC
