I am so thankful for this company for the compassion they had for me during a very difficult time. **** and ***** were so kind to me. I pray for them for what they deal with and see and handle. They are angels. Thank you. They came out the same day and finished the task in a very timely manner. I dont review places often but i needed to share the awful experience i had with ******* from this location in this company. My son passed away recently in his home and i met with a young man from this company to get the home professionally cleaned. It was quite the ordeal and took some time as it was a big mess in there, and during this time i had hurt my back so I wasnt able to go through my own sons belongings, leaving everything in the hands of this company.I had specific requests for what i wanted done with things from his home, which I expressed in detail with the two young men managing the job. Everything was going well until ******* from this location went to work with them. She was highly disrespectful towards my wishes about my sons belongings and essentially disregarded what I wanted in favor of what she wanted to do with them. There was a nice headboard along with some other things that i wanted to go to a consignment store which she insisted on taking to goodwill instead.The worst part for me was a chair my husband hand made many years ago that I specifically requested to keep getting taken to Goodwill at her direction. This chair was priceless to me and now Ill never see it again. It is hard enough losing my son and now, because of ******** blatant disregard for my wishes, *** lost a part of my husband as well.I spoke with ******** manager ***** on the matter and while he was very nice, it felt as though he was invalidating my experience and what i was saying to him. That said, I still felt the need to write a review to warn people about any dealings with this woman should they ever find themselves in the unfortunate circumstances where they need to do so. I dont understand how anyone could be so heartless about someone elses belongings after losing their child and entrusting them to help. Had she not been there, this would never have happened and I would still have a piece left of my husband and son.Review fromMichael L

***** and ******* did much more than clean the scene. They were patient, kind and compassionate. ***** even retrieved a few personal items from the house before they began the cleaning process because we were not comfortable going inside. They communicated with us every step of the way and were instrumental in helping us start an insurance claim. They did a fantastic job cleaning the house. No detail was missed. They treated the house as if it were their own. Their presence alone did much to contribute to the healing process. Afterward, we could enter the house as peacefully as we did prior.

Aftermath Services LLC provided excellent services in a difficult situation. This company was responsive, communicated well, and instilled confidence in me that the job would be done professionally and at a high level. They delivered with these expectations! They coordinated claims with the insurance company which was a great help. Aftermath Services LLC is the company to choose during stressful times because they do everything possible to streamline and coordinate all that is necessary to get the job done. I highly recommend this company and feel very fortunate to have worked with them. They were impressive in their knowledge and expertise, but also were kind and compassionate.ServiceMaster BioClean

Aftermath Services did a wonderful job after our tragic loss. They were very quick to respond and caring and compassionate. They did all of the coordination with our insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themself in this situation.ServiceMaster BioClean

Our family suffered a loss at the hand of their own. It was a devastating scene, as one could imagine; I found Aftermaths reviews for services such as this and called them the day it happened as the scene was still taped off, and investigated. Aftermath was understanding that I was still in shock, still processing and trying to get things cleaned up so my father could return home. Aftermaths team was en route less than 12 hours after the call. We were set up with ******* as our care ************************** as our lead tech, and ******* who was tech assistant, along with ******************************* Project Manager, and ***************************** in billing/insurance. This has to have been one of the best groups of teams to step up and assist; they ran like a smooth sailing yacht in the rough seas that were my mind at the time. I cant express how much I appreciate them and the incredible job that they did. They worked directly with my parents' insurance company to make things come together for us smoothly. I left them the key to the home outside, and saw that they reviewed the images/video and found the key successfully, and were able to get into the home via the security system; I saw they removed and took great care not to cross-contaminate or expose the contents of the room to any other part of the house. They communicated with me on everything and sent photos, videos, and multiple calls and texts about the specifics of the cleaning. We handled everything remotely as I got my family to my home to stay as we dealt with the aftermath of it all.ServiceMaster BioClean

They came out on 1/21/2020. My husband had died in my daughter's room and it left a mess that only a professional could clean. My daughter's friend's mom recommended them so I called them they came out quoted an outrageous number and said if my insurance didn't cover it I would only have to pay the deductible! I was grieving and didn't want my kids to see the mess. I wish I had contacted another company and got another estimate. They made a mess out of my den with cleaning out my daughter's room and took a lot of stuff claiming that they were contaminated. They sent their bill to my insurance and insurance only gave me a small amount of money to give them. I told them this is all my insurance will pay. Well, that wasn't enough! They got in contact with my insurance and my insurance told me they called another business and got a cheaper quote! They took advantage and lied and said all I would have to pay was my home insurance deductible if insurance didn't pay! I offer them the money and they wouldn't take it! They sent it to a creditor so now I am being harassed by the creditor! My credit points are down because of that! Don't go making immediate decisions after a death of a love one. Have someone with you to help because you will wind up paying and people will take advantage of your grief! I do not recommend this company!!
