  My family member (step-mom) died at home. Although the coroners office handled the body, the room needed biohazard work. The home is in ********** and I had to travel from **********; the home was an awful mess and I still need to return and continue the work there. I called around and found Aftermath and I called them to come out even though it was for an estimate as we were still discovering paperwork. Within the hour of their arrival I found paperwork indicating she might have homeowners insurance. The crew of the ******* Aftermath were so comforting, kind, and efficient and their supervisor ***** is wonderful. They called their home office in ******* who called the insurance company, found the home was/is insured and arranged for preapproval for the crew to handle biohazard. I did not have to handle that. Wow, they went to work and since it was afternoon they worked continuously up to midnight, and after a one hour drive just to reach me! I had been putting out large bag after bag of trash and even with what they removed for biohazard they managed to take part of the trash outside to dispose of for me. I do recommend ***** and his crew, based in *******, ** and the caring of the entire Aftermath Company. The company also extended to me a service credit to cover the deductible which is very much appreciated. (P.S. to those who do not have homeowners insurance I will say one never knows what life will bring and it is worth the cost even if not required!)

  THESE FOLKS ARE AMAZING!!!!! I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, compassion, and overall awesomeness in our very delicate situation! ****** ******* and all the crew really did a fantastic job of cleaning out the "house of hoarding" and not just that! They really changed and improved the homeowner's quality of life now and going forward - not kidding!! The homeowner is not going to stay "stuck" in the residence, he will having it demolished and is NOW looking forward to the rest of his "new life" thanks to Aftermath and their wonderful people! I think the compassion of ****** ******* and the entire crew in walking the homeowner through the process of getting rid of things that needed to go, made the entire difference here. Anyone can clean out a property, but it takes someone extraordinary to change a person's life. THANK YOU AFTERMATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3

  We needed aftermath for blood removal and teargas removal (the insurance company wouldn't allow the tear gas removal) they went the very next morning and got started on it. ****** the agent on the task was knowledgeable and kind and assured us the insurance company would approve the blood clean up. They waived the Deductible until later and said we could pay it in payments. They even gave us a client price versus going through the insurance if the insurance wouldn't cover the blood removal. Unfortunately since the teargas wasn't covered by the insurance the home wasn't livable.( because of failure of the insurance company. ) We had never been through any thing like this before. If I were to do it again I would have waited until I fought with the insurance company to get the coverage for the tear gas. It took about 2 weeks. Then I would have used Aftermath for it all. Thank you Aftermath!

  On the proverbial 1 to 5 scale ABOVE ... I would give your driver for truck # *** ... on *********************************************** ... June 2, 2022, a " 6 " for being OVER-THE-TOP. Couldn't do that as your software wouldn't let me ... but he deserves a "6" anyway!Very, very neat ... the clean-up was spectacular.THANK YOU ALL AGAIN and you too ... the driver for # ***.
