  Tjis is for the ******* store in *****. When you ring up your items, they do not always reflect the posted price. On last three occasions I have had to get the prices adjusted to reflect the posted price on some of my items. When I spoke to a manager , he told me there was not much they could or would do about it because he stated it is too hard and complicated for employees to enter the items correctly. I asked what could be done about it to improve. He stated nothing. I asked if they had a way they tracked complaints to identify problems. He stated, no. That it wasn't a concern. I told him they would get a bad review. He stated it didn't really matter. That no one pays attention to reviews. How disappointing to not want to be honest with pricing and to have good customer satisfaction. I thanked him for listening and he stated he is always hear to listen, but that it wouldn't go anywhere, and for me to have a great day.

  You have a convicted felon working in the pharmacy. Caught it on the news because the arresting sheriff is retiring and they showed highlights of his career. This female pharmacy tech served 8 years back in 2006-2014. She disposed her newborn baby boy in the garbag. His body was later found in a landfill. Horrible that she is employed in your pharmacy.

  I'm over ************************************ my life. Do NOT buy HyVee ribeye steak. Not only was it very gristly, it was not marbled. I don't know what cut it actually was, but it was not ribeye. I have never had to spit out more gristle than I had to with this 8oz steak. I thought of taking a picture of the five pieces but then I would most likely gross you out. And talk about expensive...$13 for half a pound!!! I have had much better steaks at the bigger chain stores!!! We are NEVER getting our steaks from HyVee again! Matter of fact, we are probably not buying any of our meat from HyVee again!!

  They dont enter the sale prices in their registers computers so you get up there and they charge a lot more. I bought cottage cheese that was marked as **** and they charged me $3.47. I think this is illegal that they dont enter their sales prices. Its happened 3 times that Ive noticed.

  Zero Stars, *******, **** location. Has a sale price in flyer, has same sale price on tag on shelf yet charged full price at checkout. This has happened to ** multiple times. Not sure if its just this location or a corporate wide marketing scam.

  We used HyVee Catering for the first time, for our family get together. The food was excellent and the people in Catering were very helpful. They said they would take care of us and they sure did. When we need to use a **************** again it will be HyVee in *******. P.S. Try their Honey Buns....you won't be disappointed !

  ***************** will not help you resolve an issue. Employees are so rude And favor the employees they only like. They have no idea how to do anything when comes to employee bto employee problems. Also has a *** offender working there for a year or so that alot of children had been around and then fires him after a year or more of employment. Also they carless about the elderly and don't off any help to them.

  Two items were displayed in a refrigerator bin as you entered the store. One item was whipped cream in a can with a red price tag stating 2/$5, the other item was right next to it, Fruit dip, again with a red price tag stating $1.99 When I got home, I looked at the receipt, it showed the price of the canned whip cream was $5 each, and the fruit dip was $7.99. You should be ashamed of yourself

  Reporting sloppy service at HyVee Pharmacy OaklandRd ************: I filled a flu-shot form at the window, handed it to the employee and waited in a seat across from her. After 1 hour waiting, I asked the same employee why this was taking so long. She seemed unable to remember me or what she did with my form. It was later found in the recycling bin. Careless and irresponsible behavior, making me wonder whether the meds and injections given might also be at risk of errors. I have used the pharmacys services before but will not return.

  This place charged me $5 for a tiny slice of cheesecake that was chewy. Im pretty sure it was expired. This isnt the first time Ive brought home extremely overpriced food home just to find out its expired or worse moldy. To overcharge for moldy food is criminal and they do it regularly. And what am I going to do? Take it back to the store for a refund? Theyre tricking people into purchasing rotten food and taking it home and profiting off how inconvenient it would be to return it.
