**** and his team were very kind and helpful answering our questions about the project and what to expect. They also did a great job of explaining how the project was going and what they were going to do to make sure that we were satisfied with the end results. I feel that they went above and beyond what was expected of them to complete the project and meeting our concerns about the project. Would recommend them to anyone else who has a project to do.????

The product looks great and installers were excellent. ** had slight misunderstanding on what we were getting but that was due to a lack of understanding on our part and a little on the part of the sales rep. ** thought we were getting full windows just like a new construction but instead we were getting window inserts. My only hope is that if you are installing inserts in the future that the salesmen does a little better job explaining it. i am not disappointed at all the windows look great and the installers were the best.Renewal by Andersen of Quad Cities

Wonderfully satisfied! Office ladies were kind and helpful, our salesman was knowledgeable, and the installation guys did a fabulous job and were friendly. I cant give a fair rating on the entire experience as of yet. The product looks good. **** and his crew, our installers, were excellent. We had and still have things to work out because of lack of communication between us and our sales rep. ********* all will be resolved soon.Renewal by Andersen of Quad Cities
