      Management is really rude. Doesn't seem to care about someone having family or a life outside of work place. She runs you into the ground and she thinks she better than anyone else as long as she gets to go to the bar at the end of the day. She will never cover anyone's shift and she won't come in at night. She will shut the store down.

      Pre authorization hold on debit card for $150, my flipping car can't even hold that much gas and now I can't even put gas in my flipping car to get home. I don't want ur sorry for inconvenience. It's absurd, some people don't have loads of money than u take that much . I can't get home or do what I was suppose to do today. I will never go there again. You just screwed my whole day. Casey's *****

      We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. When you pay at the pump, some card issuers require a temporary pre-authorization hold. Pre-authorizations will drop off your account, and you will only be charged for the amount you purchased once the transaction is fully processed.

      Sad when u tell ur Manger ur looking for something else and she cuts your hours to 10.5. Hires a guy that is facing 4th degree theft charges. Manger also talks about every one behind there back and kissing there **** when there. 1 person Always late Always calls in and misses work but that's ok. Plus I watch co worker walk out with expired food and takes it to their vehicles

      Normal day until I walked into Casey's. I grab something off the shelf the set it on the end cap didnt want it .got a pop went to check out then was accused of steeling something by this fat kid. I told him I don't have anything in my pockets I set it on the end cap he said oh I thought you put it in your pocket. I said you got the wrong guy that's completely disrespectful. Not even so much as a sorry. *********** ****

      I'm leaving this review solely for the new automated phone answering service. It is now impossible to reach a human at a Casey's store or do anything other than order food through a speaking computer using their listed phone number. What if you want to check the price of gas, to ask if a certain item is in stock, or if anyone found and turned in your lost hat? One night I tried to order a pizza using the phone service, but it was down, not working, and there was no way to tell a human about the problem short of driving to the store and telling someone in person. The new phone service is totally, stupidly, corporately useless!

      I am very upset. I went to Casey's and showed my paypal bar code, the employee scanned my code, I paid the money and for it to be added to my PayPal account. Just to find it never has been added. I contacted Casey's to no avail, same way with PayPal . One is pointing the finger at the other. This money was my son's Christmas money. And since 6:22pm on Christmas day, this has been going on I need this money returned

      Casey's General Stores in *****, ** have the best pizzas. The employees and managers are helpful and accommodating when issues arise. The corporate customer service employees are prompt, apologetic, and reassuring.

      After getting fuel at Casey's for more than a decade, yesterday I was suddenly charged a $150 pre authorization when I got fuel on 10/31/23. I have now waited more three hours and called three times in order to get a letter on Casey's letterhead sent to my bank to get this charge, which over drafted my account, removed. I demanded the letter be emailed while I was on the phone, but the person who answered said it was "processing." This is ridiculous and has apparently happened to other people, too.

      I was in the store and ***** (girl with the long black hair) decided to talk bad about me me after leaving the store. She didn't know I was with someone who heard her saying she was going to kill me, and other negative things. The person I was with asked her to stop and she continued to talk bad about me. What a unpleasant experience my friend had. She was absolutely shocked that someone could be so unprofessional. She never wants to go back to this location in bule mounds **.

      My wife and have Pizza every Friday. We have been eating Casey's Pizza every Friday for about 10 years. It was amazing! I have told many people how good it is. Suddenly! About, 3 months ago it has taken a horrible turn for the worst. Service is poor because they tell you customers one thing but don't follow through. They sound sincere, but they are not. Food quality has become terrible. I have order pizzas for the last 3 months and it has consistently been the wrong pizza. It has been made sloppy. Cheese and sauce not spread evenly. Wrong toppings. I only called a couple times. They gave me a free pizza and it was the completely wrong pizza, and it was a mess. Sorry, but I won't be back for a while and if it doesn't change I won't come back at all.
