      The cashier was very rude to me. First thing she did was I had 2 separate orders both small. In-between paying on the orders she waits on someone behind me and I'm standing there waiting to pay for 2nd order at the counter. Second I asked for a lottery card accidentally gave her wrong number and when I seen it I said I'm sorry I didn't mean to get that one. She grabs it sighs and rolls her eyes. I said it's ok I'll just keep that one and she said very load do you want this one or not I said yes paid and left I was so embarrassed when I left cuz I was bunch of people behind me but she was so rude and that's not the first time she's been rude to me I don't know what she has it in for me cuz I don't even know her but she's every time I go in there she's rude to me but yet I'll hear her talking to other people and not being like that so yeah anyway good day

      The employees at Casey’s in Oshkosh Wisconsin cannot read request nor do they pay attention to the delivery orders. I ordered a turkey club sub and it should have bacon. There was none on the sandwich anywhere. Also the bread was hard and old. I also ordered cookies. They arrived mangled and it was evident that the employee baked them and did not let them cool. They were indelible! I called the restaurant and asked for a refund. I figured they wouldn’t fix the issues and why would I trust them to. They assured me I would be refunded the next day. It’s been four days since I was to receive the refund and they keep saying tomorrow whenever I call which is unacceptable! I didn’t do anything but try to order food and I feel as if I’m being punished.

      Location Slater caseys is a joke none of their prices are right in their beer cooler and they wont honor the listed price which I think thats illegal. They're always out of multiple items. Everybody in this town has been complaining about this location for quite sometime.

      I love Casey's - so it saddens me to have to have to do this. But the lack of professionalism and the abundance of apathy I've experienced with this company is unreal. I've spent over $1000 in food and pickup orders from them in the last 6 months alone. But I can no longer justify that, despite the closeness of their location, how much we like their food, or the convenience of their app and rewards system. More than 10x in the last 6 months, my order has had wrong or completely missing items. Last year, I called and spoke to management 5x in a row, having to return to the store to pick up my items - often left unceremoniously on the counter in a bag for me to pick up... No manager to address me in person, no apology or attempt to rectify, not even a coupon for my trouble and frustration. But nothing has improved, and management has gotten even more apathetic and lazy in their customer care. For the first time this year, I called again, spoke to a manager about the wrong or missing items, and I was given the same excuses about them not getting proper order details (which she later proved false when reading my receipt back to me), not having things stocked, new employees, and so on. She says she will have my items there. Once again, they're sitting in a sack on the counter, no manager, apology, or effort to show appreciation for the situation. When I ask if the manager is there, she calls over a ********************* woman with an annoyed plastic smile, who opens the sack and said, "This is what she told me to get". When I hesitated, she said, "Well, this is it... Isn't it???", flipping her hand ** in the dismissive defensive gesture we all remember from middle school. I copied her gesture and told her this is not a flippant thing, and it's cost me a lot of money in the last year. She tells me I'm free to call corporate. I'm done wasting my time talking to this company. I'll report it here and shop elsewhere.

      I have gone to Casey's in ********* **** many times. I will not be going back after the last 2 visits. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there at the time I was told and ended up having to wait over an hour for ONE PIZZA. They refused to refund any of that for the wait. Then today, I ordered ONE PIZZA and got here at the time it was supposed to be done. Not only am I still waiting 20 minutes later but the store manager and the kitchen person were absolutely terrible to me. I will be calling corporate and asking for a refund this time. Absolutely ridiculous

      Is it possible to give a rating of 0-star?I went to Caseys at 14th & I streets in ***********, **, and asked the clerk for a gift card that could be used to buy gas. She came back with a One4All Gift Card that she said would work anywhere gas was sold. I gave the card to the recipient who tried it at a *********** pump. IT DIDNT WORK. He called the toll free number on the card and was told by a One4All representative that the card cannot be used for gas purchases. (The store manager still insists that the card can be used for gas, even after being told it cant. She refused to give a refund. She gave us Caseys corporate phone number, stating that they were the only ones that could resolve the issue. We talked to someone named ****, rudely state she would look into the matter and get back to us. That was a week ago and no word yet. Someone still has our $100. BE CAREFUL WHT YOU BUY AT CASEYS.
