  This is not a loan company. It is debt consolidation. But they get offended when you ask them. They are not honest in communicating risks with this program and they hold a carrot of a loan after 4-6 months. Below is an email I received from their rep. I don't usually post reviews, but the attitude is what I am posting about. Do not expect good service at all. You can decide who you want to deal with, but this guy when you question anything lands with this type of response.Lol here goes bozo the clown. Have a good one ****** It's hilarious that you can yourself a piece of c*** in your own email lol. Your unconscious mind knows you are a waste of skin

  I see why there ate so many complaints. I unfortunately did not see any of these until after the fact. I took out a small loan and will be paying that off very fast because the online paying never ever works. I set up the account, I made maybe 2 online payments and it had been a hassle since. I log in it tells me I have no existing accounts. You people ****. I pay every thing online. I work 2 jobs I don't have time to chase ppl down to give you $. Then I read on BBB they fast to serve you for not paying. Ok well maybe if you would gave your online **** functional you might get paid. I've told them multiple times you see I've logging in 50x over a month trying to pay your stupid a$$ fix the **** problem maybe you folks would get **** paid on time. I mean if I got no existing account according to your online portal maybe your a** dont need my $ then. Js

  The local branch in my community is sending out checks to people who have not been soliciting loans from anybody. My wife received one. Dont get lured into these loans from 1st Franklin Financial. They are worse than taking out one of those PAYDAY loans. They may or may not send out a statement ever month and you will miss payments. It seems to be by design in an attempt to inflate your loan by adding penalty fees, its a very poorly run company. And the highest level of education for their employees seems to be GED or equivalent. Theyd rather *** you through the local circuit court in an attempt to collect all these inflated loans instead of running a reputable company. They are PAID OFF. Just saying.

  Their customer service *****, they do not communicate with one another because one person told me one thing and another had the worst attitude and told me something totally different. I will never go through them again 10/10 do not recommend, I got behind due to me having to be out of town my father was very Ill before he passed I let them know what was going on once I got back in town and settled I called to make a payment one lady said I could called back same day on my lunch and the other was rude as h*** and said I couldnt and had to wait to be served by ******************* guess what Im still waiting to be served smh all I want to do is pay them so I wont ever have to deal with them again. No compassion at all theyre nice as long as youre paying on time but just as soon as you get behind they treat you like dirt instead of trying to see whats going on

  0 stars! I've been to 3 different branches trying to sort my defaulted loan out and EVERY SINGLE PERSON has an attitude! This *************** literally huffing and puffing in my ear because he did not want to take my payment . I'm so mad. They are very unhelpful and unprofessional. Pull the phone calls and listen to the people representing your company. It's a shame. I ended the conversation apologizing tell the man that he was right, I was wrong, have a great day and apologizing! How unprofessional. Never again!

  Don't trust first Franklin I had a loan with them. I got behind. cause of an injury I suffered at work that put me out of work for 8 months. I try calling to working things out and would never get a call back. They closed my account without saying anything and putting it on my credit as a bad debit and wrote it off. Now they have filed a wage garnishment and are garnishing my wages now. It's messed up. They try to say they called but my phone log shows proof of no calls from them or them trying to reach out by phone, mail or email. I will be taking further actions with a lawyer now since they wanna play this game.
