      They trick you and don’t even tell you that they’re putting you on a monthly pay plan. I asked for a refund for something I never agreed to. The girl told me they can’t give refunds. It’s their policy, even though I never agreed to a monthly payment. I never signed anything. They never explain this to me!!! I feel as they trick you into paying monthly, without even telling you. I will never go to this car wash again. I will write a bad review on every single one of their social media accounts.

      I spoke with an Anna and also another rep and they both refused to give me a refund on the day of the charge within less than a hour of being charged. They were rude and did not try to make me as a customer happy. They sent out no reminders at all! Their terms and conditions says they don’t do mid month refunds but it’s not mid month it’s the 2nd!!!! I’m contacting a lawyer Monday. This company is rich off of stealing customers money through memberships and refusing to give it back!!!

      This company has been charging my credit card for a membership for a whole year. I did not sign up for this. I received a text message and I never completed the registration, so I don't know how a membership was started for me. I contacted them and explained everything to them. I told them I had not been using the services, and all they gave me back was 3 months. They have charged me a total of $352 for a service that I did not use. I did not even know I had it. Three months is only $96. So they will keep $256 for nothing! I even asked if they would give me 6-8 mths free going forward so that I could at least utilize the services, and they don't even want to do that. This company is flat-out wrong for this. They can clearly see that I haven't been using the services - haven't been taking my car to get washed, hence I had no idea I was under a membership plan with them. You would think that they would be kind enough to find a better solution than just a $96 refund.

      My husband and I stopped in early October to sign up for unlimited washes for two cars. We were charged $37.42 ($34.95 + tax) for the first and $22.47 ($21.00 + tax) for the second car. Since we were both in the car, we asked the attendant, twice, if that was the price we would be paying going forward. We were assured it was.

      During the first three weeks, I took my car in and asked about the price of upgrading. I then found out that the actual monthly price for two cars was $39.95 for the first and $34.95 for the second and that the first amount we paid was a "promotion". That word was NEVER spoken at our first visit. We decided to cancel the subscription. We again went to the car wash and told the attendant we didn't feel we got value for the number of times we washed the cars and would rather pay each time. We asked to not renew the subscription. We did this 1 week prior to the subscription renewal date. The attendant at said he was sorry to see us go but ..."No problem...I'll take care of it". Guess what?? Charge for $80 hit my account. Tried to reach out through their website with no success. Finally called "customer service" and because the guy didn't give me a receipt for the cancellation, they won't give me a refund. The guy didn't offer a receipt. Called "customer service" again, to give them a chance to do the right and decent thing and they refused. I could go to the location and speak with them but there is nothing anyone in the "home office" will do. So, I don't get a refund for services I didn't use because some guy at the location didn't do his job? Nice gimmick. There are too many car washes to be treated like this. ZERO STARS!! NEVER WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

      I canceled my account at the car wash on 10/11/2023, I drove my 2004 yukon xl threw the washer and the brush thing thatvcome from the top bust my back glass. I immediately notified the manager who was on site and he took my information and told me that he had to contact the corporate office. He called back and said that since my car was over 10 years old they was not responsible for the damage. The damage is over $900. If I could leave ZERO stars I would!

      I canceled my account at the car wash on *****2023, I was still charged $49.99 to my credit card. I contacted the corporate phone number and spoke with Page and she said that since I did not receive a cancelation in writing that they would not cancel my account or refund my money. This is not good business practice and is a shameful and scummy way to run your business operations. I will be reporting to my credit card company and am livid by the service your company has provided! If I could leave ZERO stars I would!

      UNETHETHICAL BUSINESS! I discovered Tidal had duplicate accounts for me for 18 months. Upon contacting them, the CS Rep, Laura identified the duplicate account canceled it and refunded me 6 months. She said she had to forward me to the Review Team. Then I had to deal with Paige who told me there was nothing else she could do...even though they acknowledged it was a duplicate account with no usage because they could see I have ONE VEHICLE! They immediately canceled the duplicate account because they didn't need me to confirm which account needed to be canceled. They could verify that by the usage and see there was none on the erroneous account. Despite these facts she refused to give me the full refund. They still owe me an additional $360.82 but refuse to give it to me.
      Not only do they refuse to give me the money, they refuse to explain to me the business justification for keeping the money. If you think the money is owed to you, why? What services were rendered? The services my vehicle receive were paid in full through the other account and you've confirmed that by keeping that one open and telling me I had to initiate the cancellation of that one on the website. They are STEALING MONEY! I can't be the only person and this can't be the only time. Whether it is Paige or a company policy, this is not the first time. It is too comfortable for her to be so firm in the constant denial of refunding money she has admitted is owed to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL, STEALING COMPANY. This is likely something systemic with them.
