    The software is above average but not perfect. No problem here since no software is perfect. The tax world is changing constantly anyway. When I do run into a problem the customer service is absolutely the best. I'm staying with MyTAXPrepOffice.

    As a 15-year ***** software user, I explored My Tax Prep for its pricing. I found it to offer great pricing and a comprehensive platform for efficient practice management. The support was excellent, and Cassandra's training session was professional, timely, and very helpful.

    This is my second year using this software, and I'm a believer. It is user friendly, and the few times I have needed support, they were very responsive and resolved my issues quickly. The pricing is also fair and a great value.

    I had the pleasure of working with Cassandra from MyTaxPrepOffice during my initial training, and I couldn't be more impressed with her support. From the very beginning, Cassandra made sure I understood every step of the process, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. She was not only knowledgeable but also approachable and friendly, which made the whole training experience feel much less overwhelming.

    I have been using MyTaxPrepOffice since 2015 and each year it seems to get better and better. I use to use Pro Series to where the price always went up and up to where my prices was out of control and had to find another provider. I am glad I choose MyTaxPrepOffice. The support is there if I need them.

    Very easy to use software. The price is very reasonable compared to the others i have used. This software and the cost of the software works for any size business. I have a very small tax business so I cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for software.
