    Today i had my training seminar with KEESHA. She was not only courteous, sweet, patient, but
    extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We covered a tremendous amount of information from setup to preparation as well as other tools and pertinent software maneuverability and functionality.
    In summary, I believe that this is a VERY POWERFUL TAX SOFTWARE PROGRAM, and I am sure that I will be very satisfied. I am so impressed with this software and believe it to be even better than ****** BASIC ******** UNLIMITED software which I have using for over thirty years!!!!
    I am looking forward to working with MYTAXPREP software team! Thank you very much!

    Just completed the new user training with Alex S. He took the time needed and did not limit our time to the original time scheduled. He was excellent at explaining the features of the software He encouraged questions to ensure I was comfortable with the new product. Since I am completely new to MTPO, I cannot comment on how well the product performs but I can comment on my initial impression of the software and its features. I am impressed and I look forward to using the product for the 2023 tax year.

    Been with my tax software provider for over 12 years. After training with Donyale I realized that I was missing out.
    Donyale spent more than 4 hours going over the details of this software.
    I haven't started tax season as yet but I cant wait to see what is in store.
    I believe this software will help me to operate more proficiently and save me money.

    Just finished the new user training course conducted by Alex Stegner...It was excellent! The session was scheduled for 90 minutes. He spent 150 minutes (2.5 hours) answering my questions and going through the various features of the software. This was the best training session of this type that I have ever experienced.

    For my first year using the software, I was pretty impressed. Not only was it more affordable than bigger name software, but it offered more features especially being cloud base. But what seals the deal is the customer service, which was helpful, efficient, polite, and most important, available.

    I have been a customer from the very beginning of the introduction of this cloud based tax software. I was ready to start using cloud based software and this new company was leading the way. One of it's good features is correcting a programming error or a "bug" fairly quickly and as soon as possible. Overall I am very satisfied with the software and will continue to use it as long as I continue to prepare taxes on behalf of the IRS.

    I had the opportunity for one on one training with Alex. The MyTaxPrepOffice is a new software that I decided to utilize for the upcoming tax year. I want to recognize Alex for his excellent training skills, and the ability to share information from the software that will be of most benefit in my tax preparation. He was very thorough, and very patient with me, which is very important to me. I was even given the opportunity to experience the software operation during the training. I look forward to working with the software. Additionally, I look forward to interacting with the staff. The contact salesperson and Alex are great individuals, and did an excellent job representing the software and as well as the company.
