    Ive been residing in one of Encore Management properties since 12/2021. By 6/2022 my refrigerator went out, here it is 3/2023 and I still have no refrigerator. Why I didnt move out you may ask? Because I moved to GA from ******* with my 3 school aged kids with no family to fall back on. Why did I resign my lease you may ask? Because month to month would have costed me $3750 a month until I find a new place to stay. Encore Management is the worst

    IF I GIVE ENCORE MANAGEMENT ONE STAR THAT WILL BE TOO MUCH. I HAVE ALL MY PICTURES FROM THE HOUSE I MOVED OUT OF. I CLEANED THE HOUSE AND MOVED ON JULY OF 2022, BECAUSE MY LEASE WAS UP IN AUGUST OF 2022. THE PROPERTY MANAGER BECAME UPSET WITH ,BECAUSE I DIDN'T RESIGN MY LEASE AGREEMENT. SHE PROMISED AND PROMISED TO MAIL ME MY SERURITY DEPOSIT. I CALLED THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES, AND THE RECEPTIONIST WOULD ALWAYS TELL ME SHE WAS IN A MEETING. PAPERWORK HAS BEEN FILED IN COURT. AFTER READING OTHER PEOPLE REVIEWS THEY DIDN'T GET THEIR DEPOSIT BACK. LAWSUIT HAS BEEN FILED SHOULD BE FILE. MOST OF THESE ARE PEOLPE OF COLOR. PLEASE DO NOT RENT OF BUY FROM ENCORE MANAGEMENT THEY ARE EXTREMELY CRICKET. RUN AND DON'T LOOK THEIR WAY.

    I have never felt the need to come to BBB and leave a negative review. Not until now. Worst company to work for. They treat you as if your worth is less than nothing. They humiliate you in front of other employees during meetings. Employment is secured not by your performance but by favoritism. If the director, *******************, likes you and gossips with you, you are secured employment. If not, you are who they are gossiping about and will be treated poorly to get you to walk out. Trust me, the job you are currently complaining about is 100X better than this h*** hole. The amount of anxiety and panic attacks I got every morning pulling into the parking lot knowing I was going to step into a place where I would get humiliated, talked down to, and no training or help provided is unbelievable. RUN AWAY FROM ENCORE MANAGEMENT! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DEPRESSION WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

    Its by far the worst I cant say anything good about ENCORE as a company its been roughly 1 month today Ive been making complaints about the stove and the house not working and how I have to microwave food for my kids to eat still yet no response and still no stove. I literally had to tell them if I dont have a stove in my house by the end of the week Im going further. Its a shame you can pay on the 1st of the month but they take their time as if you dont pay at all.

    I worked for. Them briefly and had to quit. They were always. Threatening. People with lawsuits and talking. Nothing but c*** about them behind there back they owe me my last two checks and still havent have not paid me yet they owe me over 3000$ Im sitting here on Christmas Eve. With nothing because they are a dishonest ***** of thieves

    Im a long term resident, Encore is the third leasing company, Ive experienced. In my opinion Encore is the worst, they raised the rent to an excessive amount during Covid. Increased the late fee. With all of the increases, Encore gives residents until the fourth of the month to pay or they start the eviction process. They are unwilling to work with local agencies to help residents in need of housing assistance. And prefer not to sign contractual agreements.

    ENCORE MANAGEMENT IS TEH WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT YOU CAN EVER DEAL WITH. OUR MOVE WAS INSTANT AND HENCE WE GOT THE RENTAL HOME WITHOUT EVEN VISTING IT ONCE. PAID EVERYTHING **** REQUESTED IN ADVAMCE. DURING WALK THROUGH - THERE WERE SEVERAL ITEMS THAT WERE BROKEN OR NEEDED CLEANING OR SERVICING. THE ********************** PERSON HERSELF CREATED MAINTAINCE TICKET ON 11/28/2022 AND EVEN TILL TODAY 12/22/2022 WE STILL HAVE MOST OF TEH BROKEN ITEMS PENDING. I AM GOING TO SUE ********************** AND THE LANDLORD FOR BEING IRRESPONSIBLE.

    I have read the customer reviews below, and am Blessed that my encounter with the company, inspector and maintenance included is superb. ESPECIALLY the interactions that I have had with *****************************. Each time that I have spoken with her, she was ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much *************, you are more helpful than you know.!

    Absolutely the worst property management company ever! Don't expect a move-out inspection. Don't expect your security deposit. Don't expect anyone to respond to you in a timely manner or at all. I could go on and on, but it is horrible! The landlord wanted to sell the house so I'm stuck with a moving bill, a cleaning bill for the house, and I can't get back my hard-earned money.I moved in before they were the management company and I got stuck with them. They are all about getting your money and catering to the overseas investors who buy up property in America and don't care about American citizens! Nor does this company abide by the tenant/landlord laws in this state. In this economy, I really was counting on that security deposit. After all, the landlord got his rent on time every month for six years. Just horrible!The one star is because this software makes the reviewer leave a star. It should be ZERO!

    Just recently moved from a Encore Manage property and this is the worst move out experience ever. Received a letter lease was not being renewed and stated they would contact us to schedule a move out inspection. We never heard from anyone the entire time. Once we moved I contacted them to advise we had moved by our lease end date. I asked about the final walk thru and was advised there was no need since we already moved out. I advised I would still like the walk thru so no surprises with our deposit. The walk thru was denied. Today received a disposition letter with a list of the things they are charging us for. From a $2350.00 deposit receiving $903.00 back. On the list they are charging us for blinds not there when we moved in, things reported at the walk thru when we moved in and normal wear and tear (painting been there two years and it was poorly painted when we moved in). This is frustrating and I really don't want to deal with it but I'm not letting them keep my hard earned money. In the two years I've been there never been late with rent. Waited forever for repairs when needed. This company ***** don't rent with them.
