    Would like to thank ********* and helpers that delivered my furniture on Monday to **********, **************. They were very professional, friendly, helpful, and got the job done I thank them!

    Terrible service. Charged me for %20 of work and could not deliver our household furniture when we needed it. Was not flexible and was not forth coming. Also denied my Master card when I tried to pay.

    ***** and hes coworker were incredible, They went straight to work and knocked out everything in such a short time. They were very professional make sure all my furniture and TVs were properly packaged.. There was a truck in the way of the loading dock that was preventing ***** from backing all the way up, but that didnt deter him. ***** hustled and got everything unloaded and moved in in no time I was shocked how quickly he and his coworker worked. I will definitely be using Zip moving again and will ask for ***** and recommend him to all my friends

    ******* and ****** did a great job. They are very kind and gentle guys, it seemed very easy but I know its not. They worked carefully, wrapping the furniture and as fast as they can so I was able to continue doing my errands. ?????????? Great job ZIP, highly recommended.

    I had a super easy experience with this company. *** never hired movers before and Zip patiently walked me through the whole process and provided details throughout. I interacted with at least 4 different people, from administrators to the actual movers, and every single one deserves 5 stars.

    Loved the whole team! From **** to **** to *****, then to the moving crew led by ***, we were so impressed, and just amazed at their organization and their professionalism! They were all so kind and supportive during the stressful time. They definitely made the move easier. *** and the crew took such good care of our furniture and you can tell they work so well together as a team, they worked hard from beginning to end but you can tell they had fun and liked what they were doing. *** stepped us through every process that would be done including the potential cost and made sure we were clear on everything. It was so helpful! When they delivered the furniture, not a scratch was on anything! They did a great job wrapping our furniture! We will definitely be recommending them to our friends!!     ****** and his crew did a great job moving ** out of a 3-story and into a 3-story!! Much appreciated!! They were very careful about the walls as well as the furniture. Highly recommend!!!

    Things went well at first! They were super organized and had a good method for taking inventory and they had strong communication along the way. They actually arrived on time and were professional until they over charged for time they were working and left me with a now broken expensive tv. They have been quiet ever since despite saying they would call me. They just shove you to some third party insurance company that they claim is a fair third party but who just asks you for paperwork that was not given to you. In the end while I thought this would be the best moving company I have worked with and in many ways they were it now all seems like a scam since they did not do what they said they would and overcharged me. Don't be fooled. Avoid. This company is more about marketing puff than excellence.
